This Chair doesn't last long

Well, I have been using this chair for almost 2yrs, the seat cushion went flat after a year of use, also the chair wasn't very comfortable from the get go. The up and down cylinder/shock went out, so now just sits on the lowest position. For the money you would think this chair would of been made with better quality!? So buyer beware! I do not recommend this chair especially if your a heavier person, because this chair does not support up to the lbs it says.

Most comfortable swivel chair ever

I bought this chair for my husband he's almost 400 pounds but he said it's very comfortable and he has room. It's definitely for tall people even on the lowest setti my legs can't touch the ground but to be fair I'm 5'3. We changed out the wheels to some rollerblade style wheels for a smoother ride.

The back part felt too forward, it actually made me lean forward. I think it may have been defective. Other than that it seemed very supportive so that was upsetting that I had to send back. I really wanted this chair but was afraid the same

I’m a big guy at 6’2” 340lbs. This chair makes me feel like a little guy. It’s heavy duty, spacious and comfortable. If you are a big person, this chair is definitely for you.

Uncomfortable Chair

The slant in the back of this chair makes it very uncomfortable. The seat is really deep so it will accommodate a tall person but is uncomfortable for a short person. I will be returning this chair.

Screw Id was awful!

Chair is great, screw identification for assembly was awful, no way ti Id screws other than picture which was poor quality! I add to remove all them and switch around!

Great chair, but . . .

This chair provides everything promised. My only issue with it is that the seat slants forward. I always feel as though I'm sliding off the seat. I checked all the adjustments to see if there was a way to minimize this, but no luck.

DO NOT BUY BREAKS IN LESS THEN 2 YEARS

Bought this chair for work from home and the chair busted right as the warranty went. It's a nightmare to put together. I would steer CLEAR of this item and look elsewhere.

Heavy Duty

The chair was very heavy and built to last. Only recomendation would be the need for 2 people to assemble. Quite frustrating trying to do it alone. I did it but I couldn't tell you how many times I dropped the allen wrench and the spewing of curse words out of my mouth.

3yr Review - March 2020 Purchase

I received this chair in March of 2020. It gets heavy use, and I am 236lbs, 6'6" tall. I'm writing this review on Dec 17th, 2022, 33 months of use and the top of the hydraulic, where it meets the seat plate, is starting to wobble. If you are a big guy like me, you know what this failure is. All office chairs fail for me like this. This chair lasted longer than other office chairs I have bought in the past. The chair cushion has lasted, as well as the seat and armrestx fabric. Good marks there. The arm rest cushion has failed, I'll have to find a way to get that support replaced. Overall, I hope to find replacement parts from the seller. This is the best office chair I have bought to date, but I'm not sure if the current cost of this unit is worth it. Is it more cost effective to buy a cheaper chair more frequently? When I bought this chair, it was a value at just under $300.

High Quality. Large seat. Easy to assemble.

This chair is a class act all the way from the beginning to end! It arrived on time. It was well-packaged and everything that was needed to assemble it was included in the box. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand from the diagrams (no reading necessary). It requires only a minimal amount of assembly and most of it is quite simple! I am not very strong and have virtually no assembly experience, but I was able to put it together rather easily. Having said that, it is a quality chair and is a bit heavy, and it would have been helpful to have a second person to hold the arms in place while you screw them in, but I managed it by myself. The quality is excellent. It has very nice lines, attractive high quality materials, and the chair is very solid, and heavy, and feels like quality when you touch it or use it. The seat is spacious enough to suit and be comfortable for any size bottom and I love that the arms are attached from the back so they can go up and give extra room if you want it. I wish that the chair's lowest setting for cushion distance from the floor was just an inch or two lower because with my short legs I'm having trouble getting all the way back into the large cushion, but that says more about my body than the chair. I feel this chair is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a solid, well-made, easy-to-assemble, high quality adjustable office chair with a large, comfortable seat. To everyone at this company who designs, makes and ships this product, good job!! You can be proud to be part of the making of this product!!

Super Great Chair!

This is One Great Chair! Nice design, very comfortable, super built-in features (raise / lower arms, adjustable lumbar support, smooth wheels / rolling), and a GREAT Price (about 1/2 as much as this same chair cost everywhere else!)...!!! This particular chair is a HUGE improvement of ALL the previous office chairs I have tried..... Very robust and strong! The air piston for raising / lowering the chair seat is the best I have ever seen..... I expect that I shall have this chair for a LONG time to come! (NOTE: I would have given 5 Stars, but the packaging was very poorly done, AND the box was obviously severely mishandled / abused during transit. I feel fortunate that the chair was unharmed during shipment).

Very Comfortable, Easy To Assemble, Perfect for Larger Bodies

This chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. Solid and feels super comfortable and plush. It definitely holds the weight limit listed and even though it is bigger than other chairs it fits comfortably under my work station. it was also incredibly easy to put together.

Generous seat coverage. Love adjustable height options and arm handles. Wish the back were adjustable to move front and back but the lumbar is adjustable. I would recommend this chair and purchase again
