Overpriced. Not talk enough
The chair isn’t tall enough for most desks. It doesn’t have enough adjustments. I had to return it. It’s overpriced.
Great Chair with a caveat
For an office chair almost the cost of a good recliner and one to be highly rated for weight they would come equipped with something other than the cheap twin wheels you get with any less than $100 chair. Replaced the wheels [another $20] and was perfect. Nice wide chair with nice comfort. Cheap wheels.
This chair, is very large, and comfortable, it is well made and very sturdy, the fabric is not too soft, but it is easy to keep clean. The wheels make it easy to move around.

It offers a lot of support and is very comfortable. My daughter loves it and can sit in it for hours while being on her computer. Her only complaint is that when she wears shorts, she has to put a towel on the seat, so her legs don't stick to the fabric.
Roomy and comfortable
Everyone in the office likes the chair and it has a wide base so everyone has been happy with how they fit in it. The chair is more comfortable than anyone expected also and we have been happy with the purchase.
This chair is not very comfortable for me. I have a lot of lower back and sciatic pain and this chair causes me to hurt rather quickly. I thought I selected a Big and Tall chair but this one is definitely not one. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a bad chair, just not for me.
Zero Comfort Chair
I bought this chair to replace my Serta Big and Tall Chair and what a mistake. This is a pricey chair. Was hoping for much more than I got. The seat is very uncomfortable and has a slight downward slop to it so you always feel like you are sliding out. Even with the tension all the way loose, reclining just isn't an option. Plus, the recline reminds me of an airplane seat. Do not recommend anyone buy this chair.
So far so good :D
So far I'm loving it! Even when I looked at the chair right out of the box I could tell it was well made.
Sweet chair.
The chair is HUGE. And that's a good thing. It' super comfy and roomy for "smaller" people. The support for back and butt and everything between is great. The arms looked stiff, almost hard in the photos but they're sturdy, not hard. It feels like it can take a beating while being really comfortable, I can see this lasting for a long time. And if your a "bigger" person it will seat you comfortably. Easy to put together but it is big so it takes a little effort. Over it's great for all my coding work.
Not happy
Assembly was easy but not happy with the functionality of the chair. It does not tilt back at all. Also, the up/down feature does not work. The chair sits in a very high position so the arms do not fit under the desk when not in use. I do not recommend this chair.
Cushy!!
After working at home for the past 18 months and now not returning to an office, it was time for a real chair. The size and cushiness is perfect for me! I've used it for several weeks now and did get a stand-alone foot rest as I prefer to sit a bit higher than most apparently. Still playing with the seat angle, feels like it slopes forward a bit so the foot rest helps keep me in place. Overall glad I bought this!
Very nice chair
I have bought too many chairs that say they can hold up to 400 pounds. Since they don't seem to hold their own I purchased this 500 pound chair. At first I was somewhat annoyed that it doesn't have a recline feature to it like the others. I was also a bit annoyed that it is narrower than the other chairs. But having this now for a month I can overlook those little problems and say this is a nice chair. It is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time (6 or more hours) in the home office. I needed those features in the other chairs because they were a bit stiff to be seated in, but not this chair. Like I said try sitting in an office chair, especially one at home, and work for 6 hours or more and the normal chairs make your butt sore. Not this chair. 6 hours goes by like a breeze because it is so comfortable.
Standard size office chair
This chair is not for you if you want a wide seat space. 22" is not wide. The arms are barely tall enough to reach my elbows and I'm 5'9". The arms are also don't extend forward enough to rest your elbows on when typing, making this virtually useless as an actual office chair unless you like having shoulder carriage strain from your arms hanging all day. The chair does not recline. It says it does, but you have to physically continually push the chair back to keep it reclined making that a non-feature. The chair actively tries to lean forward due to design. The seat back is narrow.
Love this chair!
I love this office chair. I bought it because I needed a chair that could hold over 300lbs. This chair was very easy to put together. I did it all by myself. (I am woman, hear me roar!). The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. I have no complaints.
Hercules Lasts 5 Years Under Intensive Use!
5 years later ... the foam on the arms is cracked up, the cushion in the seat is completely flat, the swivel plate is partially busted, the recline bar is jammed in the unlock position, and it squeaks/moans like a haunted house door, but this chair continues to support 350 lbs. and remains standing!!! Absolutely amazing! I thought it would fail within 1 year because I'm a chronic office chair user, but it kept on surprising me. Anyway, I'm ready to buy a new one. Hope the next one lasts 5 years too!
3 Stars
I am large for a woman, not nearly so compared to many men. I am also somewhat disabled and need a chair with good back support and flexible adjustment. After reading reviews, I still took a chance, expecting this chair to be large, but did not so different from another chair I have with very similar dimensions. Unfortunately, this chair was only made *mostly* comfortable after draping an outdoor chaise cushion over the back. And even then, it is still causing pains in my legs, in the back just above the knees (a whole new pain from sitting!), which I believe is due to the cushion design. Additionally, I had to remove the right armrest, as the height, at its lowest adjustment, is still pushing my shoulder up to an uncomfortable position, the same issue as with with prior two chairs. (Recommendations: don't get old and don't get arthritis.) Perhaps only a truly large gentleman (and/or someone free from disability) can comfortably use this chair. I am keeping it only because the pain of disassembling for a return is beyond what I can physically manage at this time. While it is apparently well constructed, it clearly has a limited audience.
The chair is okay, but not the best. I found myself hurting if I sit in it too long. The seat is...
The chair is okay, but not the best. I found myself hurting if I sit in it too long. The seat is very deep and for me didn't provide enough back support, despite the lumbar pump. Everything about the chair functions just fine and the quality seems average, I just don't find it that comfortable, but that could be just my body type.
Nice and wide, that's the good thing. Feels nice and solid. Armrests are wide and comfortable.
Heavy duty support!
I needed a chair I could sit in comfortably 10+ hours a day as I started working from home this year. This chair gets the job done. After going from my old chair to this one it was easily apparent why my back was paining me so much. After only a couple days of using this chair, I got relief from my back pain.
