This chair looks very nice. But it ends there. It's cheaply made. Mine arrived ripped so I could see inside the chair. It's made up of cardboard and cheap padding. It's not comfortable to sit on. I'm 5'11" and I'd say it would really only work for someone at least 6'2". In order to make my arms parallel with my desk I have to raise the seat to it's maximum height which lifts my legs an inch off the ground. It's a beautiful chair but really only worth about $150-200 and even then it's not going to fit many people. By the way, I've ordered 5 items from wayfair and every item arrived late and damaged. So keep that in mind when you overpay for cheap furniture.

Chair broke within the first 30 days, springs popped out the bottom, seat base inside broke. Total waste. Sent a replacement and it took over a month, even with the extended warranty. Delivery man was TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, contracted by Wayfair. We are in a 40,000 square foot office building, he refused to take box off pallet, or to bring it to the front door or deliver to our suite. Just left the chair and pallet at curb side, blocking front walkway to tenants and making it my problem. I may never order from Wayfair again.

Looks great in pictures. Doesn't look bad, but doesn't feel like the luxurious chair it's promoted as. Feel like I'm sitting on a bubble and when that pops, I will have no support.
The packaging was very damaged, so I was afraid that the chair may not be in perfect condition. The chair itself was okay but unfortunately one of the wood pieces that go on the legs was broken. This product is fairly expensive, and I was hoping/expecting to receive a product without any issues.
