The rug is well-made, high quality and very pretty but it is not the colorway I ordered. What is shown online and what was shown in my order confirmation do not match the rug I received. Rugs Direct offered to refund the rug and even arranged FEDEX pickup, but I had already thrown out the packaging and decided to keep it. I

Beautiful rug
Perfect for tying my space together. I purchased the 4x4’ round in May of 2015 from RD for the entry area, and returned to RD in May 2024 to purchase the 4x6’ oval for an adjacent area. It was delivered by FedEx promptly one week after the order date (East Coast).
