Worse than poor customer service

I have had the WORST experience with Walmart to return this piece of furniture that arrived damaged and unusable. I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times per week to try to get this item returned and my actual refund is still not in my bank account (over $1200!) and over A MONTH AFTER RECEIVING the item! I would recommend NEVER ordering any furniture from Walmart as their customer service is appalling!

Florence Warm Natural Door Sideboard

Love this piece, however it arrived with minor damage. The interior roller cabinet catches were non-functioning, maybe from jostling during delivery. It's not a problem to replace them but it is a small annoyance. Again though, I love this piece and I am very happy with the purchase price from 1stopbedrooms. It feels solid, works beautifully with my existing furniture, and offers an impressive amount of storage. The interior hidden drawers are my favorite feature.

Gorgeous Sturdy Cabinet

Gorgeous well made cabinet that is even nicer in person. It came in just perfect; all doors and drawers match up and work as they should. Super heavy and sturdy. No skimping when they went to make this one. Lots and lots of room.

We love this cabinet! It provides lots of extra storage for our kitchen. It has two large felt-lined drawers, on one side each side, plus shelves that can be adjusted. It was delivered on a pallet left on our driveway, and required furniture dollie's and muscle to get it in place. We also purchased the matching round table. Very happy with this purchase.

We were looking for a long, tv console with storage. We chose this console because there was no assembly required, the quality of the materials, and the design matched what we were looking for. It arrived quickly, without any dents or scratches. We are very pleased with our purchase.

As pictured

I really like my new sideboard, it looks exactly how it is pictured (color and texture). The top drawers are lined and rather deep which is great for storing so many small items.

This product is exactly like it says online. It is a quality item. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who wants a good product at a reasonable price

Beautiful piece- great price!

This piece was an incredible price for 90inches long, and believe me, I looked and looked. The customer service was great. The quality is incredible. An inside shelf broke in transit, but it's nothing a glue gun and some tlc cant fix. We love it!

ordered May 21st delivered June 6th. Sturdy, heavy, well-made, and worth more than the money paid for. I would definitely recommend this purchase. It was not as rustic of a finish as I wished but beautiful.

Delivery guys were great and we paired the table with parsons chairs from Pier One in Chambray. They look like they were made for each other. Love it!

Perfect Table, Perfect Price!

I absolutely love this table! It is everything that I wanted in our dining room and the price is really unbeatable (believe me, I have searched online for the past 6 months or so and there's no better price!) The quality of the table is phenomenal especially when considering that it is half the price of tables this size. I have eight black velvet chairs that sit around the table and I am soon going to complete the decoration of my dining room now that I have found this perfect table!
