FloWise Transitional Water Saving Shower

Disappointed that the whole bar fell off wall. Only my husband and I use it and have had it for only four years. Very frustrating now trying to get through to customer service.

Poor design

The shower holder cannot safely hold the head in place. It easily flops over and is very heavy. It could easily damage shower door, walls or your head. If you install keep the slide bar low. The spray head itself is very good.

The hand shower holder is too flimsy and the shower head falls off. It is very dangerous. The head is too heavy and not suitable for the slide bar.
