Nightmare Moen order from Build.com

Moen arrived missing 4 parts. Had to call multiple times to resolve. Then Build charged me twice.

the water valve is touchy and the hot and cold is difficult to regulate.

The entire shower package is fantastic. The only thing you should know is that you need to have your contractor install the needed diverter valve and/or a Moen Commercial Temp Valve. I was able to speak to a representative from Houzz and they connected me with Moen to get the correct piece. Plan in advance because it takes time for delivery. You may also want a shower neck to provide the angle you want for your shower head. It’s all about your own preference. . . I love this shower package. The shower head and body spray provide great water pressure. Highly recommend it.

I’m updating the interior of my recently purchased forever home. My contractor is working on my master bathroom. I decided to go with brushed nickel. I like the look and this shower system is no exception. I can’t wait for it to be installed. I’ll provide an update when my house is finished.

We ordered this product through our builder. When the builder ordered it he was not informed that the inside mechanical parts were not included. So the plumber found that parts were missing and the builder could not pick up the parts through his supplier but had to order them separately from moen and that cost was an additional $228. If he had been told when initially ordering he would have gotten everything together and we wouldn't have this delay. So, make sure all questions are answered before ordering or buying at your local supplier. After installation we will let everyone know how everything played out from here.
