3rd Time is the Charm

I was hesitant to buy it after seeing over 500 1 star reviews but took a roll of the dice after two levers didn’t work with my Briggs toilet. The lever being adjustable did the trick!

It works okay with our left hand level but it can only pull up instead of the orginal pull down when flushing.

Attractive. Simple to install and easily adjustable.

Easy directions for a Senior. Excellent quality. I’m sure my son was relieved he didn’t have to install it.

Truck was clean and easy to handle. The staff was on it to help get me checked in and out quickly.

I ended up returning it because my plumber with 30 years experience wouldn’t even use it. He said he’s had a lot of trouble installing this one and only ever got 6 of them in and working. He went to Home Depot and got one he liked. Had it installed in less than 10 minutes.

Cheap plastic

Made of cheap brittle plastic. The First one I purchased, they have two little black clips that hold it together, when you pull it apart to do the install, they break off! So I go back to Home Depot and buy another one that’s a little heavier in weight thinking it’s a better product.. It breaks in the same spot!

Easy installation (tho I did have to modify the chain length of my flapper). Reasonable price

This worked great on my 30 year old toilet.

This unit fit my toilet without any adjustment needed. It was easy to install.

Nearly broke the piece while unpacking. Good design, but installation is a pain.

Cheap but it works if I get a few years out of it then I would give it five stars

Easy to prep and install. Works great. I also like the adjustments that can be made on the unit. Instructions were easy to understand. Would definitely buy this again.

Toilet Tank Lever

I ended up buying 2 of these because after I used this on one toilet the next day another toilet had the same problem. Easy to install and much cheaper than hiring a plumber to do it.

Looks can be deceiving

I got this because it looks sturdy and nice looking from any others. But no matter how i adjust it, when you flush, it jerks and hits the top of the tank cover. If i shortened the stem so it won’t hit the cover it does not pull the flange properly. Maybe this is made for a different kind of toilet. But mine is a standard toilet and this states it’s universal use. Don’t buy this one, just buy the cheap looking one and it works better for some reason.
