Toilet flapper is too small
The flapper is too small and light, so it doesn't sit firmly over the hole. Water continues to drip through until the tank fills again.

I Think You Will Like It
I was a little skeptical about a "universal" part, but it worked out great on my 25 year old toilet. Easy to follow instructions that made it very simple to adjust the tank fill level as well as the bowl fill level. Easiest toilet repair I have ever done.

Bowl adjustment roller valve fails
Bowl adjustment roller valve fails and causes either the bowl to not fill or the tank to refill very slowly. Not sure if this is sending countless gallons down the drain or not. This issue is difficult to notice that it is not working correctly, and goes on for perhaps months or years?

Only issue is that the flush handle needs to be held down until it finishes the cycle. Normally a push and release does the deed but this one must be pushed and held down. Yes I have adjusted the chain.
