Poor connection line to bidet

Unable to get a good connection between the supplied waterline and the unit. Have tried with and without the teflon tape and we still have a spray of water.

I have purchased 3 of these and was happy with 2. One lacked enough water pressure and the company cheerfully replaced it as was still under the 2 year warranty. The flip detail for cleaning is a great concept.

We absolutely LOVE our bidets. All of them! We have them in 3 of our bathrooms and also in our RV trailer. Game changer in the camper. We actually purchased the last 4 for family members and they love them as well. Very interested now in the travel version for my brother who has prostate issues and it should really help, excited to see….

Best Bidet on the Market!

Best bidet on the market! Love the lift feature so easy to clean now. The options are easy to navigate, was very easy to install. I purchased the toilet seat and made it fit like a glove. I tell everyone firstly bidet is a must, and a Luxe Bidet is what you need to purchase.

Excellent Customer Service. NEO185 good but lower flow than NEO120

Like that it slides under toilet seat bolts. Water flow is less than the NEO120 that we have had for a few years. The best thing is that LUXE customer service is excellent! I cross-threaded the hose connection to the seat. Called them, supplied a photo of the damaged threads, and they sent a replacement within two days!!! Again, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

WORKS VERY WELL AND SO SIMPLE

Simple to install and works very well. Easy to use. I love the dual angles and the guard to keep it clean. Helps prevent irritation. Got several to give as gifts.

Bidet is great with flat bottom toilet seat

The 185 plus works well. I may have missed it but u need to clearly specify that the flat toilet seat is a must to have. I had a curved bottom seat and the curve was hitting the top of spray structure. It is better to buy the entire set from u, which we bought in sections. The u tube videos by physical therapist were extremely helpful.

Functional, with a surprising omission

I bought this bidet to install along with Luxe’s toilet seat. The instructions advised to proceed with toilet seat installation up to a certain point and then install the bidet, but it took me a while to figure out. I think the toilet seat and bidet installation should be covered in one place.
