I had my 6000 waiting for my bathroom to be remodel and had some issues with the toilet fitting in the space. I had two plumbers take a look at it and the second one said he can fix it. Yes, it’s tight to the wall where the power is but I am so happy with this product. Top of the line, expensive but amortized over the life of its use, it will be worth it!!

Does not close lid before powerful flushing
This smart toilet, with one of the most powerful (and loudest) flushes you will experience, does not close the lid before it literally jet sprays nasty air and sometimes even a drop of water around your bathroom. Why does it not close the lid before flushing?

Changed my life! Period. I can't believe humanity has lived without this kind of product. I feel like a caveman now when I use a "normal" toilet.
Leaking hose caused floor damage
I purchased this product about 10 months ago. It worked great for a while, and I noticed water around the base of the toilet. After having a licensed plumber come out to our house, he confirmed that the problem is a faulty clamp on a hose that is in an area that is impossible to reach unless you have miniature hands. Not only do I have a bidet/toilet I cannot use right now, but I have floor damage. When I asked the company to replace the faulty product, I was met with them wanting to send me a hose and a clamp and have me replace it. I am not a licensed plumber and I should not have to correct faulty parts. This company does not have a customer service number where you can call and speak to an actual human being and they refuse to call you if you ask. They simply respond to chats. This is not what I call standing behind an expensive product.

I just have to say how much I love this smart toilet. I totally did my research and I really feel that this bidet is not just an affordable option, but also has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive brands. From the easy purchase, to it being delivered on time you can see the care that was put into upon opening as it was securing protected in the packaging with all that it came with for install. My licensed plumber I use for all my plumbing repairs & replacements was able to install the toilet in under 2 hours with no issues. It was the first time he had installed a bidet toilet like this and to his surprise he was able to hook it up with ease and under the time he thought it was going to take him.
