I love the modern look of it but the only problem we have is that the water level is low. Tried to look on YouTube on how to increase the water level and no luck. You also have to find the correct cleaner because of the matte finish- as stains are easily seen due to the finish. Still pleased with the purchase for the most part but would go with a gloss finish and a toilet that can easily increase the water level.

Very nice looking and flushes great. Toilet seat is plastic so not sure how long it will hold - not the strong porcelain i am use to. had handyman install; not sure how to tighten seat if needed. good price for the product.

I thought I would like it more, but it is really HUGE. It's been sitting here in my foyer since arriving at the end of January. I need someone to help move it.

A good looking toilet. There isn't much water in the bowl. Perhaps this is a setting I can change. Be careful since it is wider at the bottom, you need to make sure your pipe connection has enough room and that you can twist the valve on and off. I had to cut off the oval ends of the knob to make it fit.

Product looks great and functions perfectly. Design of the hold down bolts in two tiny round windows on the sides are a total nightmare to install. Make sure you have a ratchet and a deep socket to tighten the bolts. Without this it is impossible to secure it to the floor!!!!

I'm updating my review. Even though the return window had past, Wayfair sent me a replacement since the toilet has a 1-year warranty. Wayfair also emailed me a return label to send back the defective toilet. I have reached out to Swiss Madison to inquire about compensation since I have now paid to have it installed 2 times and also paid for a repair attempt. The replacement seems to be working well, but in all I paid $425 extra in repairs and installs and had to be home for plumbers to come on 3 separate occasions.

Listed as finished black but is a glossy white toilet. The listing should have said black trim but didnt, it gave a chouce between glissy white and black. It took 5 customer service reps to FINALLY REALIZE they were getting ready to ship another white toilet. Im sure the toilet itself is great but it was white not black and the chrome hardware was most likely replaceable with the black trim FedEx smashed and stuck under the plastic outer wrap.

Totally satisfied

This truely is a great looking toilet, and it functions extremely well. You need a bit of patience in order to install it correctly, but once it's in, it flushes extremely well with two top jets and fills quickly. The seat and cover, while good looking are a bit thin. Price point is excellent. I'd recommend this product as being as good as any of the major US brands

Good looking toilet very clean lines which makes cleaning the bathroom floor very easy. Like the dual flush option to save water. Installation was a bit difficult lifting the toilet over the bolts, hard to see the bolts and line up the holes. Threading the nuts on the bolts and tightening was a pain very little room to swing the wrench. Once installed it is working well.

Zero regrets

Bought this to replace what was probably a 10-20 year American Standard that came with my home. I suspected it had a trapway obstruction which was causing the toilet to backup every aignle time it was used. I had already snaked it and used the drain bladder in my drain. Went with the Swiss Madison, after tons of research online. It is true, have an extra person to help put the toilet onto the wax ring and bolts. Its a little bulky but the weight was still less than my old toilet. It will need two people to install. Great decision though. Both the 1.1 and 1.6 flush everything down with no problem. The flush is so strong comapred to my old toilet. The water comes down in a strong swirl that cleans the inside of bowl quite well. Hasnt clogged once. This is my go-to toilet brand from now on. It looks so nice and is easy to clean because of the design. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Also I used one of those reusable wax rings that are waxless. No issues there.

This toilet is a load of crap...

Do not buy this toilet! You can get better than this. It only looks good but the quality is very poor. Not worth the money. Not sure why so many people are saying its good. Must have reviewed it based on how it looks. The bowl cracked in less than a month and the "stainless stain" part that attaches the lid gets mildew spots from splashed and cannot get removed. The bowl is hard to clean because of how it's built, the way the water runs in the bowl require multiple flush to get it clean after #2

Great for small spaces

Pros-Great elongated toilet that’s short front to back. Great for small bathrooms or when you need to clear a door. The skirted trap is nice and the small tank.

Wow! WAY better than shown/described!!

Before purchasing this from Sears, exhaustive research was done and nearly every single rating said it arrived broken. ?Not from Sears! ?This one not only arrived completely intact but also early. ?It is WAY better than shown in the photo and described. ?I cannot figure out why the price is so low. ?The toilet also came with the bolts, nuts, bolt covers, AND a wax ring. ?In addition, the toilet seat attachment bolts are covered with stainless steel covers which are not obvious in the photos and not described (nice touch). ?It also has a unique flushing method in the way the water enters and goes around the bowl that is difficult to describe in writing and that works *very* well with the dual flush design. ?The only kinda sorta bad thing that can be said about it is that it is *very* heavy.
