[Rewarded Review] Worked initially, then died

Please do not buy this product. I paid a plumber at Electrician. They came out installed the unit tested it for my inspection. Within one hour it would not respond. Now I’m forced to pay a plumber again!

Good Product

I purchased it online a couple of days ago, it arrived and I installed today. This is our second bidet (the first one is a different brand), and if I compare installing SmartBidet to the other brand, installing SmartBidet was a piece of cake. I liked the fact that SmartBidet included 1/2 to 3/4 adapter for water connections - thank you. With the other brand I had to make a trip to our local Home Depot for a 1/2 to 3/4 water hose.

Who hasn't always thought about what it would be like to try a bidet? This one is just the greatest! The directions were a bit difficult to follow, so it took my husband almost an hour to install it. And keep in mind you'll need to plug it in. Unfortunately, the closest outlet for us is above our sink, so my husband will have to put in an outlet specifically for this. It has a sensor in the seat and knows when you sit, multiple settings for many different purposes, and heated water that you set at the temperature you'd like. You can adjust the pressure and there's a special adjustment for children. It also has a drying option that will run for 3 minutes and you can also adjust the temperature of this dryer. There is also a nozzle self-cleaning function, which will spray water inside the unit and drain it. This unit has a setting for so many different things, what's not to like?! I highly recommend if you've ever been thinking about getting one, do it!

The SmartBidet SB-2600 Electric Bidet Seat really has a ton of great features. This is our first bidet experience and I have to say I am very impressed with this compact unit. It fits our elongated toilet perfectly and is a nice bright white color. Installation was a bit of a challenge only because the instructions were a little hard to understand. But with a few tools and about half an hour, it was installed and ready to go. Definitely something you don’t need a plumber for! But, you will need an outlet, so keep that in mind. We are using it temporarily with an extension cord, but hope to have an electrician put in a wall outlet nearby.

the SmartBidet is amazing product. I never wanted better than this. It has all the comfortable features that makes it called the comfort room. The heated seat, heated water, posterior and feminine options, a warm air dryer, and the adjustable water pressure. I started saving on buying the toilet papers. Its easy to install, I did it myself, clear instruction, no tools needed. The only thing I faced problem with is that my electric socket is far so I have to use extension which worked for me temporary until my husband will have time to make better wiring arrangement. The seat cover came very well packed with all the pieces available. The instructions for the installation were very clear and straight-forward. The lid opens and closes very softly. Its very easier to use the bidet than clean with tissue papers adding the feeling of cleanliness and freshness. The water spray pressure has 5 levels, and the temperature of the water and seat can be adjusted to four levels, I will buy this product again and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This was my first time using the smart bidet 2600 and I have to say to worked as expected. Installation wasn’t to bad for my hubby. All the features on it are awesome. This was a lot cheaper than other brands that had the same features. Love that the water won’t turn cold on you. The controls are easy to access on the side unlike some I have seen. It also has a child function to wash and dry their bottoms. Good product!

During the TP hoarding shortage we started looking into bidets. Although skeptical, we gave it a try. The install was surprisingly easy with a little trial and error. The only install trick is to install the baseplate but do not fully tighten the bolts. Attach the main unit to the baseplate then slide it back and forth to line it up with the front of the toilet bowl then tighten the bolts.

Installation is easy, remove your old seat, fit the mounting bracket, install the new seat, tighten down, and physically the seat is ready to go. Mounting bracket allows the seat to conform to several toilet types and models, although it fits best on elongated toilets. Next, remove your existing water supply line, insert the three-way adaptor (included), use the new toilet supply line (included), connect the bidet seat feed line, check for leaks, and the unit is ready to supply unlimited heated water. Plug into a 110-volt outlet to power up the unit. I was lucky that a plug was right where I needed it, but you may need to add a plug near the seat within the 3 ½ foot cord. This is the first bidet seat I've owned, and since I don't yet know which features I'll want, I figured a model with all the features would be the easiest option. I really like this Smart Electric Bidet SB-2600, one of my favorite features of the bidet is the heated seat, it is very comfortable. The dryer feature is also a plus, it reduces toilet paper usage , some of the options include , posterior, feminine, turbo, oscillate. This bidet is very easy to use , the control panel is attached to the bidet, The assembly time is approximately 35 minutes.

Recently my husband injured his hip, so we’ve decided to give this a try. We’ve been very happy with the purchase so far. Installation was a breeze and I did not need a handyman to put this on. But I did need to ask about the T-valve fitting and the Customer Service rep Andrew was very kind to explain thoroughly.

After much research, the SmartBidet was such a perfect buy during quarantine as I did not have to worry about toilet paper! The bidet is an affordable option with features that include a heated seat, heated water, posterior and feminine options, a warm air dryer, adjustable water pressure, and easy to install on your own. The accessories (mounting bolts, base plate, bolt cases, nuts, compression t-valve, spare nuts, water supply hose) all came neatly packaged. The instructions for the installation were very clear and straight-forward with all the necessary pieces. The bidet can be completed without tools, but we used a wrench to unscrew our old toilet tubing. The electric bidet comes with a plug with decent length, but you may need to use an extension cord based on where your outlet is located (we did). The bidet lid opens and closes very softly as well. After using the bidet, it leaves me feeling clean and refreshed. I do not have to worry about rashes anymore. I love that the bidet has turbo, posterior, and feminine wash so that the water pressure can be what we prefer. The feminine wash is perfect especially for women. I am also pregnant so the water cleanse is so much easier than trying to use the toilet paper. The water spray pressure can be adjusted by pressing LOW or HIGH button to 5 levels. The temperature adjusted of the water and seat with four levels, room temp, low, medium, or high are perfect for when the weather gets cold. I appreciate the child auto wash & dry feature for when my child gets older, he can use it also! The bidet also has a sensory and doesn't operate unless someone is actually on the toilet. Overall, the smart bidet was such a perfect purchase and I'm so glad we finally purchased one. I'm planning to buy one for my mom and in-laws.

The SmartBidet SB-2600 seems like it has plenty of great features, such as unlimited and on-demand heated water and a heated seat. Its water and dryer are adjustable. It also has an easy Touch attached control panel. Through its stainless steel, self-cleansing nozzle, each wash infuses pockets of air bubbles, which results in power behind the wash. It even has a Child button and a soft closing lid. It claims to have do it yourself easy installation, but all of its parts look quite overwhelming for me to tackle the installation. Also, we will need to have an electrician install a GFCI outlet near the toilet so that the SmartBidet SB-2600 can be plugged in.

This is a top-notch product. Easy to install, what's left is using it. In our master bath, we have our plug to the right of our vanity. For now, we have to run a heavy duty extension cord down and under the vanity to reach the cord until we can install an outlet near the fixture. What I like: the seat fits nicely, stays in place, and looks nice. While I prefer the control panel pad to be a hand-held remote, where it is with its layout is not so bad. It can be used with some ease. Water and seat temperatures are adjustable, and there are different pulsating hygienic sprays to choose from. Which ones to use are a matter of discovery and personal preference. There is a drying fan. What I like even more: we have a septic system with four adults in the house. These seats help cut down the use of toilet paper, a must when a septic is in use. This product is also much more hygienic. It does take some getting used to but that is because this is an up and coming concept. My bottom line: I don't know why anyone would do without this product. It is reasonably priced, has a good warranty, fits and looks nice, and is a step up from "just the same old-same old". I recommend it. Be sure you visualize your electric. This product does require a plug in so try to plan, visualize its installation. Most likely, an outlet is needed near the fixture but this is more than worth it based on what the product does and what it delivers. Don't do without. Don't deny yourself a better experience.

This bidet is the king of all bidets. It took about 15-30 minutes to install. I only needed a screwdriver to remove the old seat, and an adjustable wrench to remove/connect the new water lines for this seat. The install was very easy. The water temperature adjustment is excellent, as well as the pressure, and the air pressure for drying; it also has a heated seat. This does shoot harder than you would think it is going to, and it's aim can be adjusted as well. I have officially used it for one day and love it. When using, it first flushes the nozzle with water, then it comes out to spray, so don't be alarmed when it's not doing anything at first. I was very scared at first though. However when I wipe after the cleaning and air drying process, it has been extremely clean; you more or less just wipe excess water. I installed it on an elongated toilet for reference when looking at the pictures. I don't have any negative comments about this. It is a little bulky and I did have to run an extension cord until I get an electrician to my house, but these were expected results.
