Loved everything about this bidet but the remote button STOP stopped working after a couple of months (we changed batteries; didn’t matter) and then the nozzle didn’t spray, but dripped from the base. Reached out to SmartBidet, little to no response to many emails and online requests. Horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. So disappointed.

Pricey but worth it!

Having lived in Japan for six years, the "Japanese Toilet Seat" was a MUST when I returned to the states. I purchased a less expensive seat that was okay but didn't deliver like I came to expect.

Using a bidet is really fairly pleasurable

The features on this unit are pretty good! Good water pressure, good temperature, comfortable seat. Cleans effectively. Dryer is not as effective but a gentle pat dry is all that’s needed afterward, or a second drying cycle

Not a good investment without bathroom oulets.

Could not work with my toilet so I do not recommend it. It was too complicated and required an electrical outlet that most bathrooms do not have.

Comfortable

The seat is comfortable, I looked at the bio bidet bb2000 and the Toto c5. One thing that’s strange is this smart bidet and the bio bidet are very similar. Same seat, power chord, the buttons are similar as well. Even the wand looks the same. I called smart bidet and they’re made using the same factory but they’re not the same company. Anyway for some reason the angle of the seat or some little difference makes sitting on this more comfortable to sit on.

i bought two sb1000 a round and elongated for me and my two sisters. they are still going but i wanted an upgrade. the replaceable nozzle cap is ingenious. i wish the replaceable cap came in steel as well but damn this is way more comfortable. the aerated stream is much gentler than the previous models

The size of the remote control is reasonable, so it's convenient to use. The design of bidet and remote control is sophisticated, so I think it will go well with any interior design. and the bidet's various functions are sufficient for comfort in the restroom. I really recommend this bidet!

Great product!

My co-worker had recommended this bidet so that's why I finally purchased it. There are lots of cheaper bidets than sb-3000, but I really love this bidet. It was pretty easy to install and I like the unlimited hot water. Also it washes my back perfectly!

I really love the heated seat especially in cold weather. I'm not afraid of seating on a cold toilet anymore.

This Bidet seat was much easier to set up than expected. The warm seat and warm water is worth the extra $! You must have an outlet by the toilet of course. Our son set it up in less than 30 minutes with the easy to follow directions. It is simple to use and does the job.

This is a top-of-the-line seat. It has every feature available today in bidet seats- at least of which I'm aware. Right away, I noticed stainless steel bolts and rubber anchors for securing the seat to the bowl. This is fantastic as it means there's no need to reach under the bowl to hold a nut. I had a midline seat from BioBidet previously, and it was OK but it was more like taking a shower down under. It didn't so much clean as it moistened. Enter the SmartBidet, which is far more precise. In addition, it has forward and backward adjustments to the nozzle, as well as increments to the water pressure. In addition, there is a turbo mode which seems to use and smaller jet which makes it a more powerful cleaning action, and it also has 5-levels of pressure adjustment. The seat and water adjust to 3 different levels of temperature. The deodorizing feature is a setting and engages a fan when it "senses" it needs to run (Think Taco Tuesday). There is a 2 minute countdown timer on the Star Trek remote control, but I only use the bidet for partial cleaning, still relying on old Charmin Faithful to finish the job. So, I cannot speak to using the bidet by itself for a full cleaning, nor can I answer to the use of the fan. However, I am so happy with the customizability of this seat that I actually look forward to my time on the throne. This seat is also more rigid than the BioBidet I used to have, which is good as I tip the scales at 300 lbs. Oh...the nightlight is a nice add-on feature as well. This seat has it all, so if you're looking for it all, look no further.

I nice addition to your bathroom. Installation is easy and the bidet comes with everything you need with the exception of a screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. The only issue I had was the electrical plug didn't reach the receptacle. I have a multiplug currently in use since any extension requires a 3 prong socket. The remote is nice since the manual controls on the side of the bidet are difficult to reach in my installation.

Received a SmartBidet SB-3000through the seed program for an honest review. If you are like me you have read all the hype on Bidets, so I was delighted to get one of these through the program. Hard to know where to start, I guess the first thing I would say is GET ONE! The installation instruction are straight forward and unless you have never had a wrench in you hand you can certainly to this yourself. I read that some needed to go and buy an additional adapter for their toilet, I did not have to do that, all parts for installation for my toilet (Standard brand) where included. I tried to show what I could of my installation, minus the actual use of course. Speaking of installation there are installation videos you can watch on their site and on YouTube. I was surprised at the many functions that this device has, and the wireless remote is a big plus also. So, my bottom line on this is that I love it, and so do the ladies in the house.

To begin at the beginning, the packaging was very good and the product arrived in perfect condition. Upon opening the box, the instructions were readily accessible and easy to follow. Installation was simple and straightforward. However, after using it for a few days, we’re wondering if it’s worth the effort and time it takes to use a product like this. To put it as delicately as possible, paper is still required, and the drying time after the washing time makes this adventure very time consuming. While it has a lot of cool functions, and who doesn’t like a warm bath, even if it’s just localized, it is clunky looking in place and it does require an electrical cord, which in our bathroom, means an extension cord placed along the top of the sink, all the way across the counter. It’d look better if we had an electrical outlet behind the toilet, but, alas, not in our bathroom or in any bathroom I’ve ever owned. All in all, a good product, but maybe not for us.

The Smartbidet electric bidet seat is amazing, easy to install, everything you need is included to tee off of your existing water supply line. The heated seat will be great this winter and has 4 temperature settings. as does the heated water supply. even the water spray is adjustable from the remote to insure that the water reaches the exact spots necessary for proper hygiene. The air dryer is nice but does take a while to dry completely. I love the fact that it will not operate unless someone is seated, making it impossible to inadvertently spray water around the bathroom.

My wife has been wanting a bidet for years. We picked this one not knowing we didn't have an elongated toilet in our house. I assumed one of our three bathrooms would for sure have an elongated toilet in it and boy was I wrong. I spent about 24 hours doing research to find the perfect California compliant low flow toilet to place this beautiful bidet on. On top of that I had to steal power from a light switch in order to install a GFCI to power the bidet. We ended up installing this in our master bedroom bath and we're both loving it.
