Heated Seat Stopped after 6 months

Only had the seat 6 months and the heated seat quit working.

The remote makes everything easier had all the hardware you need to install. Not hard to install just follow the instructions and take your time it's not a race.Would recommend

This is my first purchase of this type so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It works great and wish I had it sooner. The beeping is a bit much but not a big deal. I like the “spa” mode that alternates from warm to cool

Great seat

It was very easy to install, no harder then changing an old toilet seat. connecting the water line was a snap. Just turn the the water line off, and add the new hose. My favorite part is the seat warmer, and the fresh water clean water feel you have after you're done with your business. It's like a shower fresh feel ever time you use it.

Nice seat, full of features

Very nice seat. It was easy to install and the directions were clear. This seat has so many features and they all work as described. I especially like the heated seat. One feature it has, which was not included in the description but would have saved me a lot of time and effort, is the included ground fault isolation breaker integrated into the plug. I bought a ground fault wall outlet switch to install by the toilet in my bathroom but discovered I didn't need it after seeing the plug for the seat. I've only used it for a couple weeks but I am extremely happy thus far. If you are on the fence about this seat, you will be happy with it.

I gave this a 4-star rating because of 2 issues. First, the correct fitting to install this seat was not included. We had to go out and find the correct fitting to make it work. The second the Photosensitive night light is not clear to me so I will have to call and find out what that is vs just the night light which doesn't appear to be working correctly. As with another review, the dryer does not really dry you as well as I had hoped. With all of this, I am very happy with the purchase.

[Rewarded Review] Nicely built and lots of features

This Bidet has some nice features, and some things to watch out for. In addition to the standard bidet features, it has a 'massage' feature that alternates the water pressure. There are full controls on the remote, and an abbreviated set of controls on the side (left side when you're seated) of the seat. How you're supposed to be able to see them while seated is a challenge I'm not sure I could solve. It also has a Child Wash mode which keeps everything gentle in spite of any other settings to the contrary, which could be very handy for cleanup after messy diaper changes. As with the other 2 bidets I own, the water spray pressure seems anemic. I have to assume that there is some upper limit to allowable pressure, since they're all pretty much the same. Standard features include LED bowl light, variable water pressure, variable position, variable seat and water temp, variable drying temp.. The base piece that attaches to the toilet has a very slick mounting system using expandable rubber gaskets with a threaded insert. This means that they are installed and tightened from the top - no need to contort yourself to reach an under-seat holding nut. However, you have to tighten the screw for quite a while before it's actually tight enough to hold the base firmly in position because of the rubber flex. All adapters are included for any installation. I have an old 3/8" FIP connection, and everything I needed was there and it assembled leak-free the first time. One thing to watch out for is that when positioning the base, be sure to allow nearly an inch of clearance from the front of the tank to the back of the seat base, or you won't be able to open the seat cover. Fortunately, if you get it too close, all you have to do is press the button to release the seat from the base, slide the seat forward a bit, and you have access to the screws to move the base.

[Rewarded Review] Life changing

I never thought I was missing out on this until now. I've had this Anzzi bidet toilet seat installed for a couple of weeks and it has changed my bathroom experience forever. Installed it in about 30 minutes and we were on our way. My husband was really hesitant about it but now he's a believer. The remote is great, we don't even use the buttons on the side. I love the heated seat option, it's nice to sit on a body temperature toilet seat each time. I've toggled the "prewet" function off so it doesn't spray water into the bowl each time I sit down (I just don't understand the purpose) but it keeps turning itself back on so I've just given up. Also the loud beeping I can't se to get to stay off either. Minor annoyances and doesn't change my 5 star review in the slightest. I love the spa function that gradually switches between hot and cold water for the duration of the wash, and although air doesn't thoroughly dry me, I feel so fresh and so clean after each use.
