Durable

Simple to install with integrated SS flex supply lines, body of faucet is cast brass and looks like it will last. I knocked off one star because the handle is a little stiff, hopefully it will loosen up over time.

Great looking and easy to use. Perfect for a 36†vanity. Doesn’t take up too much room on counter

Drain leaks water, cant keep the sink filled

Really disappointed in quality of the drain. Plumber came by twice to try to stop the sink from draining out when the plug is engaged. I really like to fill the sink when shaving. He said the cheap plastic parts of the drain are the problem and that these parts used to be brass. don't buy this!

The faucet looks great and was easy to install. The stopper does not hold as well as I would like, though. Fortunately I do not have a need to fill the sink very often.

It was one hole faucet and didn’t come with a “ Base “ to cover a sink which has 3 holes. I bought sink hole covers to cover the other 2 holes but doesn’t look right.

I have used this same faucet Hansgrohe faucet for a few years in polished chrome. I loved this faucet like I would a bright red sports car...but it was always covered with water spots. You just couldn't use it without dripping some water on it, and those drips would always spot. Also they were not that easy to polish off. But danged it was beautiful. I took a chance on this brushed nickle finish. Nobody claimed that it wouldn't water spot, so I was really gambling. I figgered it had to be a little better at hiding water spots than the polished chrome. But I was wrong. IT IS MUCH MUCH BETTER. No, a brushed finish is not quite as sexy as the polished chrome. It is a a bit more refined and sedate, but CLEAN. I have also trained myself to use the lever much like a hospital "wrist blade" while turning my wet drippy fingers off to one side (even this didn't help much with the chrome). This technique plus the brushed nickle pretty much solved 98% of the problem. Nickle is not the same color as stainless steel or chrome, so be ready for that. You don't really notice it unless you hold the 2 together, but the nickle has the slightest pale gold cast, while the chrome or ss will have the slightest blue cast. Not objectionable, just be aware. In my opinion, you can ignore the water spot complaints in this finish. fwt

We purchased this faucet to replace a wide-spread three hole vanity faucet. We selected a hansgrohe based on the very positive experience we've had with our hansgrohe Axor Citterio kitchen faucet. This was definitely more complicated to install than a one-piece three-hole faucet. Aligning and spacing the two handles and valves and the spigot took multiple adjustments. The instructions provided with the faucet were mostly correct (they did not point out the O-rings that go between the handle mounting plates and the escutcheons). The challenge was that the instructions were rather terse and did not include details like aligning the opening on the spigot escutcheon for the drain control rod with the notch on the back of the spigot. It also doesn't point out how to install the spigot shank so that it enables the drain control rod to pass through--along with ensuring that the shank is positioned in the spigot hole to enable the drain control rod to pass through. As noted, the pop-up drain assembly pipe where the drain control rod is located is plastic. The drain itself is metal. We're very pleased with the results, though. The valves work with the same fluid smoothness as our kitchen faucet.

Very solid with a modern profile. The slanted spout allowed us to place the faucet farther back behind the sink so we have more basin area.

This product has been cheapened since I last purchased one a few years ago. The drain is plastic and not very good at that. Previously, the drain was metal which I find more reliable and easier to install. Tightening various components under the sink goes more confidently with metal components as opposed to a mix. That having been said, the faucet works fine and this brand has been very reliable in my experience. I am a general contractor doing residential remodeling

This faucet is attractive and works well, with no drips. The smooth surface makes it easy to wipe down. Unfortunately, after a few weeks the drain assembly began to leak at the point where the pivot ball enters the down pipe, and no amount of tightening, teflon tape, or gaskets would get it to stop. The pivot ball is inside the pipe, so it can't be replaced with a standard pivot ball kit. Lining up the rod with the hole in the drain plug is nearly impossible. I solved the problem by replacing the whole drain assembly with a pop-up drain. If you buy this faucet, do yourself a favor and buy a pop-up drain kit, and don't bother with the one that comes with the faucet.

High Quality Bathroom Faucet

Just purchased the Hansgrohe bathroom sink and I must say that I am really impressed with the quality of the Faucet. Installation was fairly simple and it has a great flow. Highly recommended.

[Rewarded Review] Clean design, complete deal

Have purchased several of these in recent years - always impressed with the design and workmanship, even the packaging. For the price - I believe you get more than from other choices out there. Installation is pretty straight forward, good graphics in the step by step write up. Operates flawlessly and should last a looong time.

It's beautiful, stylish and works excellently. The install was not too bad for someone doing their first faucet replacement. We also got the plate to cover the old holes. As others have mentioned, it does get water marked easily by our hard water, but also cleans up readily. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Home Depot review 1/20/2018. This is a much higher quality faucet than the average big-box store product. The faucet body is made out of a solid block of cast brass. Most of the big-box store faucets are made of stamped metal, usually a zinc alloy aka "pot metal". Over time, the edges in particular will corrode. The valve mechanism is ceramic (typical of most modern faucets) which helps with usage in hard water. Operation is smooth. Speaking of hard water, the horizontal surfaces of this faucet in particular are susceptible to water spots. The water supply lines are pre-attached and are a proprietary design (you'll need to pursue spare parts with the manufacturer when the time comes vs. get those universal supply lines for most faucets). Installation is average and is within the realm of a handy DIY'er. An optional base plate part number 06490820 is available from the manufacturer to accommodate installation in a vanity with the three-hole faucet design. The water flow is soft with ample aeration. The aerator itself can be cleaned a bit by rubbing with your finger and is also removable for cleaning. The aerator is a proprietary design, and you'll most likely need to contact the manufacturer in the future if replacement is needed, as Home Depot will be unlikely to carry this part. The popup drain assembly is also included.

I am giving this a 3 because I love Hansgrohe. BUT, the water builds up on the faucet head and makes water spots. They look ugly. I just put them in and regret the choice. I am waiting to see if the brushed nickel finish damages. It's terrible to have to wipe off the facet after each use. I might as well has just bought brass.

Solid construction, but the plumber was not able to get the plunger handle installed because he said it was too close to the back splash to get it to work. This doesn't seem right to me, but he said he even called Hansgrohe and confirmed this is an issue. Not sure to believe him or not.
