Did not stay upright on my chair, even though I adjusted it as tight as I could.
Works ok, if you don't have a hollow or hole for the strap to go under the headrest, you'll need to make one. The biggest disappointment is it slides around too much. There is no way to secure the front of the bottom cushion.
Helps my coccyx. In car for cush to my tush.
Cushion does help my coccyx pain issue. Has just enough padding. After some adjusting of the cushion back to the seat back, it also helps my lumbar back surgery.
