The 2 side rods that are suppose to be on the bottom ends of the base plate were broke off, not there, and one part out of the 2 parts needed was missing. would rate this a 0 if i could

Got it and love it . easy to install
I am so very happy with this purchase, I had a drippy faucet for the last year, so my husband installed this faucet, I didn't know if it was going to fit, but it fits perfect, the price was very economical and it looks great and works fine!!!

The Copper piping that leads into this faucet head is very short, neither the box, nor the dimensions list anything about this. Please be aware!!!

It is exactly as described in the description, I love the high arc and there are no flaws that I can see. Very easy to install and all the parts were there along with installations instructions. True to Overstock nature is arrived in a extremely fast shipment which is even better with no shipping charge. I highly reccommend this as well, we needed several faucets for a remodel and I am happy with my purchase.
