To start, 2 of the chairs are previous Wayfair pieces. As for the 4 piece set I’m almost in love. The color is fantastic against our key west color house. Directions were not perfect but patience will get you through. The cushions are not super cushiony but I’ll guess that’s so they don’t hold rainwater. Happy to know covers are removable for easy washing. For an outdoor set I was a little puzzled when I read instructions that say to bring furniture indoors during storms. Well, that’s not very doable so we will see what happens. So far, so good. They are solid wood.

Ordered two sets of the Calhoun 4 piece. Once that is light blonde, which I wanted. The second came in a reddish color (see pictures). The blonde Wood has a 600lbs capacity for the loveseat and 200lbs for a single seat. The more reddish wood that has a 400lb capacity for the loveseat and a 220lb capacity for the single seat. And the screws for the first set or not the set of screws that were in the second set. So it may or may not get what you ordered ‍♀️

I recently purchased a wooden outdoor furniture set, and I appreciate the nice quality of the construction. The design is sturdy and attractive, making it a great addition to my patio. However, the cushions are a bit thinner than I expected, which affects overall comfort during longer seating sessions.

Beautiful set, however the wood is not treated. I'm in the process of treating the wood against rain, fading and mold. I look forward to using it next summer. I picked it up on sale.. great price! Got it with the red cushions. Just set up my set today. The cushions are not thick enough to be comfortable for sitting. I will need to replace the cushions because of it.

This set is absolutely beautiful! The quality of the wood is much sturdier than I thought it would be. The chairs are all straight back rather than relaxed back, which is my personal preference but not for everyone. The sleek lines make it great for any space - especially front porches, which is where I have mine.

We really like the looks of this set. It's well worth the price paid. It is made for sitting for a short time not for long periods as it isn't comfortable for lounging. If you have children that are very active you may need a more sturdy set. If used for sitting, it should last a long time.

Product arrive damaged beyond any repair. A replacement is coming. I will update when the new set arrives. Initial note the color of the wood is nice. The bench cushion is very thin, appx 1 in. The chair cushions are 3 in.

This is the second set I’ve ordered and happy with the quality for the money. The packaging was a mess though - the plastic container holding the screws broke and they were everywhere loose in the box - looks like the outer box itself was damaged in transit as it was taped up over a tear in the box and and 2 screws were missing. There was broken styrofoam everywhere that I’m still finding pieces of stuck to everything. Would be great if there was more care put in the packaging.

This set is really nice and easy to put together. Took maybe an hour or so for me to put all of the chairs and table together once I got into a rhythm. The cushions are pretty flimsy and thin though so I will likely replace them with something nicer later on. I haven't experienced wet weather with this yet so I can't speak on how it tolerates moisture. But this set is perfect for our small patio and aesthetically pleasing

The shipment was delayed, which was not a big deal. When I opened the box, however, I noticed screws randomly strewn around. In further unpackaging the box, several pieces were scratched, not likely from the screws but likely from improper packaging. Because I don't want to deal with returning such a large item, or sending back random pieces and waiting for replacements, I will keep what I have and try to hide the scratches.

Absolutely love this set. It was perfect for our small deck at the beach house. Very sturdy for being so small. We’ve already spilled coffee on the cushion and it beaded up and wiped right off. Directions on parts, especially which screws to use for what could have been clearer instead of all jumbled up in a single packet. But a very good deal for the price. Ps. We live the ( bubble) rug too.

Patio furniture came a few days before the estimated delivery date. Very easy to set up. Everything was included including the tool and screws needed. No damage to the furniture during shipping-packed well protected. About 2 hours, including clean-up and breaking down the boxes for recycling. I'm in my 4-seasons room sipping a cup of hot cocoa and enjoying my new furniture. Highly recommended.

Beautiful set

Beautiful patio set. I purchased it on sale for $350 which is think is a fair price, would not have paid more. The cushions were flawless but the wood was slightly damaged on some pieces. It was easy to assemble, just lots of hex screws. I assembled alone but would have liked another person. The set is perfect for a smaller patio as it is not super large but can comfortably sit four people that are on the smaller side.

Nice little patio set. There were several small blemishes but its wood and can be easily sanded, and restainred. Unfortunately, there were several small cracks in the wood upon receipt. The seat cushions are a bit thin, but adequate. Overall of give this 3.5 stars. Lets hope this set will last. The benefits of wood over other materials are the ability to sand and refinish as the set weathers. Once a rattan set starts coming unraveled it cannot be stopped and will continue to deteriorate.

The set is a nice addition for seating solutions for our front porch. We really like the look of the wood so opted to not use the (thin) cushions for the back of the chair/bench. The only major complaint we have is the very visible scratch to the back of the bench. It came damaged and because it didn’t affect the function we proceeded building it and can live with it. It was just unfortunate to receive damaged when you pay for something new. We will treat the wood with something to protect it because it does seem soft and prone to scratch somewhat easily. Overall for the price it will be functional for our family. Will probably add some outdoor pillows to add some support and comfort.

The wooden part has held up pretty well. I do oil it twice a year, and cover during winter. The cushion fabric was not great, hard to keep clean and I scotchgarded them before I ever used them. I replaced them this year. Used teak cleaner on it this year to get the gray off the wood and stained with teak colored stain, before oiling. Still looks good, no cracks. Not a huge furniture set, so if you want something oversized, this is not it.

Don't bother with this set. It's so cheaply made you'll be lucky if any of it arrives intact. My first set came with a broken chair and cracked table. They offered to send me an entire new set to replace the first (replacement parts aren't available for this set) without having to send back the original items. The second set arrived worse off than the first. None of the four items were even useable and had to be thrown out. Wayfair will send you thousands of dollars in replacement items but apparently won't bother giving you more than 25% refund for broken items (I asked for $300 back). I will now have to find a way to fix the first set so that it's usable. I'll be surprised if this set lasts this season. So frustrating...

Where to start The shipping was a wreck. The box was open upon delivery and all the screws were rolling around loose on the box, and one was missing. And the styrofoam was shredded into basically snow. The description is inaccurate. Only the seat cushions zip off for washing, the back cushions do not. The wood is scraped up in several places. Makes me think I got a returned order, although it wasn’t described as “open box.” Finally, one of the screw holes was misaligned, so we had to screw a new hole into part of the coffee table to make it assemble. Even on sale, I feel it’s majorly overpriced.

Great purchase. Assembly was quick and easy. Furniture was just the right size for a 10x10 patio layout. Before using the furniture, I did give it a good polishing with a sun block wax. It really brought out the natural beauty of the wood, and will help protect it from weathering. I also added furniture feet to raise the ends of the legs to prevent moisture wicking. Despite missing one screw and the dryness of the wood out of the box, I still give this product 5 stars, as the response was very fast for sending replacement parts, and the furniture would have required treatment anyway, due to the environment it is used in.

The Pros: This is a very nice looking, stylish, patio set. It was very easy to assemble and took less than an hour. I built the table and one chair myself, but then my husband helped with the second chair and the loveseat, and having an extra set of hands definitely made it easier. We installed all of the screws and then tightened them down sequentially and incrementally so that everything lined up perfectly. We have a very small deck and it fits our space perfectly. The Cons: this set is not comfortable. The whole reason for buying this patio set was to create a comfortable entertaining space on our very small deck. The back rest on the loveseat and chairs is quite vertical. Using the included throw pillows definitely helps, but had other reviews consistently commented on this not being comfortable, I would not have purchased it. It’s too much trouble to disassemble and send back, so we will live with it. But it does not inspire chilling on the deck. This does not seem to be the type of furniture that will last for years. It seems quite fragile. Ours arrived with a crack in the seat part of the loveseat. Not sure how we’ll handle that if it worsens, but for now it’s not presenting a stability problem. Bottom line: Knowing what I know now I would not re-purchase the set.
