Great pepper shaker i love the 6 levels of grinding from really fine to very coarse.

Not great

The bottom screw came loose in the grinder and is it near impossible to screw it back in and fix. The grinder is now not even usable, we’ve had these less than a year. Disappointed with how expensive these were and now we can’t use them.

Volume output per grind is amazing

This is the best peppermint I have ever used. I have had several Over the past 30 years and this one is by far the best I use A LOT of pepper when I cook and never use or ground pepper, so I would literally have sore wrists trying to get enough pepper ground. You should have seen the excitement when I used this the first time. Making 4 lbs of meatballs won’t take me an extra 15 min to make with this amazing grinder. It’s sturdy, has adjustable grind settings and you get a lot of pepper from each grind. I just love it and my wrist wish I’d had I years ago.

Fourth one is the charm.

I don't know what is going with this pepper mill. My SIL ordered this pepper mill for my son who likes to cook. The first one arrived with a chipped top. The second one had a scratched top. The third one had a cracked base. Finally, the fourth pepper mill arrived in good condition. It does not seem to be a problem with the packaging, as each pepper mill was wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by cushioning. It seems to be a problem on the manufacturer's side.

The adjustable pepper grinding settings provide a customized size of ground pepper to accommodate everyone, and it kicks out a plentiful amount to cover desired areas with only a couple turns. I purchased the set for my husband for our anniversary. He loved how easy it is to use, the different settings of the salt/pepper granuals and it is very attractive!

Worth the price!

Bought this for a special gift. We bought ours a few years ago and it is the best pepper mill we've ever had. I has not jammed and still grind like it did the first time, the look is very stylish, and for someone that cooks a lot, the option to change the size of the pepper is very useful. The first time we opened the top to refill it, we did find the top to be a little hard to pull, however once you see how it is connected it becomes easier to open.
