Beautiful set, great price point

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY “FORTESSA” DINNERWARE SET. IT’S STURDY, GREAT QUALITY I LOOK FORWARD TO USE THEM PLACE SETTING. I, M EXTREMELY GRATEFUL YOU HAD THESE BEAUTIFUL DINNERWARE SET AVAILABLE. I AM EXTREMELY OBSESSED WITH THE COLOR IT’S ENTIRETY. ENJOYMENT!!! THANK YOU “WAYFAIR”.

Cracked in microwave. Had to throw away four out of eight dinner plates.

I purchased two sets summer of 2023 and really liked it. Unfortunately, four out of eight dinner plates cracked in the microwave after normal process of warming up food. It states that the dishes are microwave and dishwasher safe. Very disappointed.

My daughter wanted these dishes for her wedding registry. Wayfair’s price was much better that the registry price and she loves them.

These are beautiful and sturdy! I had a 2 12 year old accidentally drop one from the table and it survived intact. I needed a clean, simple aesthetic to be used for fancier parties and these are perfect! Don’t think twice, order these!

Fortessa Sound Forest is refined and understated

The Fortessa Sound Forest dinnerware DID NOT disappoint!!!! It is so much more beautiful in person. Subtle variations in the earthy green, with the hint of deep blues and charcoal stone greys are so beautiful. It definitely lends to the one-of-a-kind feel. The weight is lovely, heavy enough to feel sturdy, but also smooth and cool to the touch giving it a hint of understated sophistication. Something else you won't pick up in the photos is the very subtle sparkle in the glaze! Imagine what it is like, when you pick up a wet shale stone on a rocky lake shore.. peer at it closely in the sun... you notice minute ribbons of color and beautiful little sparkles throughout the stone..this truly is a pleasure to hold in my hands, and I can't wait for my guests' reactions! This collection definitely has an artisan created feel. The stubby mug is a comfortable fit and can easily transition from a morning cappuccino to an evening cup of tea with its ample handle and rounded shape. The plates feel both delicate and refined. The colors are lustrous and earthy and the glaze adds to each pieces' uniqueness.

Sturdy, Glazed by Hand Look, Packaged Well

OK in the oven, dishwasher and microwave. These feel sturdy and substantial. Gorgeous done by hand looking glaze, if feminine isn't your style. Green peas don't stay hot any longer on the plates than others but my coffee stays hot for longer than necessary! Curved up edges on plates work well with pasta and sauce. Bowls are sized well for chili and stew!

A very attractive, easy to clean and just the right weight stoneware. A great housewarming gift.
