Lost in translation

Ordered July 2 told it would be at my address on the 22nd. After texting calling with different representatives I finally found that my order had still never left Ashley warehouse. Then I was told could be at my address August 10 .

Took a chance and ordered online as local store did not have on display. Very pleased with sofa style and comfort. Wife was very happy with color. Others stated that sofa was too hard/stiff and not as comfortable as compared to display model. I would question them as to how many butts have sat on that sofa before them! Extremely quiet operation and I am happy and satisfied with this purchase!

recliner already leaning to the left

had couch for 35 days. the couch recliner is leaning to left. seems like metel is thin or something. i emailed walmart to see if they can fix. hopefully they do

Wish it was here

Did not receive my couch yet still waiting on delivery. Called me when I was out of town. As I had already made arrangements for them to deliver in the 24th of April. Tried calling three times now no call back. No delivery.

Comfortable

So far so good. Holds all 6 of us, still comfortable. Great delivery and so far is holding up to our family of 6.

Great Sofa Very Comfy

It is a great sofa for sitting and sleeping. My husband snores LOUD so I sleep on the sofa quite a bit.

From the start of the sale process to delivery, purchasing this couch was a breeze. I love the color, and it's very sturdy. Heads up, I would spring for the white glove delivery service, this is a heavy sofa.

Do not buy!!!!!

If I could do a 0 star I would. This couch and love seat set are no joke the worst couch and love seat we have ever bought, and we have bought used couches off of Facebook market place. We have only had them for 6 months. In that time they have broken twice. And every time it's at least a 8 weeks of waiting for replacement parts, then additional time for the repair to actually happen and more time missed from work to accommodate the repair. Do not buy these if you actually plan on using them daily. If you want them in like a sitting room to look good then they are great for that.

Super comfy and durable

This couch is incredibly comfortable! We have two smaller kids and were worried about durability, but they seem like they will hold up great. The cord is nice and long for plug in and electric works great. Highly recommend!
