scratches and then rusts

Beautiful looking sink, but after adding a trap to the sink, I noticed that it was scratching the surface. I added a metal grate to the sink to prevent metal utensils and pans from scratching the surface (this has helped). Around the drain the drain however, the scratching has now turned to rust. Pretty disappointing.

Scratches too easily

Sink was beautiful when it was 1st installed 6 months ago. It has not been that long and there are scratches all over the stainless steel. I should have went with a more traditional material.

HUGE

This sink is huge. And it's really cool looking. It draws immediate attention when anyone walks into our kitchen. It's basically 2 full-size sinks in 1, which makes it so perfect for managing dirty dishes while cooking. The installation was simple and it cleans up nice. The only strange thing is that it seams to have a very flat bottom, which makes it not quite drain completely. In the picture you can see the creases that suggest that water will flow toward the drain, but there are always a couple little puddles of water left. Also, it does have the sound insulation, as it claims, but it is very light. So given the depth of the sink combined with a high-arch faucet, this sink resonates when water hits the bottom. I will probably add a bit more insulation to the bottom of mine.

Good buy for hard to find size

This sink is a good deal considering it's size. We love it in front of our big kitchen window. The 60/40 split is great for washing large pots and soaking pans. Unfortunately it does scratch easily and we are super conscious about our clothing pressing on the front of the apron. The biggest con is that the washer baskets do not seal well and unless you find the sweet spot, the water will slowly drain from the sink.
