[Rewarded Review] Color Misrepresented

This rug looks vastly different in person than online. The online photography has a bright light and when in natural light this rug actually appears striped. The fibers are dark brown and not a light beige as it looks here. I also requested my return cost be covered by customer service given the variance and they denied my request because they believe that natural rugs can have a variance. This variance is a big difference so buyer beware.

Love the rug hate the smell

I would have given it five stars except that the smell was so overpowering that I had to keep all windows open for a week while the house got quite cold! I thought buying a natural fiber rug I would avoid chemical odor but the odor was very intense. If you buy this rug find a means to air it out outdoors for at least a week.

Love the rug and runner. Lightens up the space.

Its kind of nice, but the overall color was very dark blue. Not much of the light gray coming through, which is what is shown online. And the border was very orange. The jute fibers were shedding all over the place. Not a good fit for us. We sent it back.
