switch is a little too close to the base for when you put it behind a couch or chair like I did, you can’t easily reach it.
Although the lamp is beautiful, I think the iron work was a little messy or at least on the one that I have right now. It’s a little all over the place sticking out a little more than it should in some places and the lamp doesn’t quite have the flow it does in the pictures online. Also the foot switch is a little too close to the base for when you put it behind a couch or chair like I did, you can’t easily reach it. Although beautiful with the items mentioned above I think the price is too high.
Love this lamp! Unfortunately my dog knocked it over and I've tried for years to buy replacement glass pieces and can't seem to find any.

We have this lamp in our living room so we don't have to use the overhead light. It provides a great warm ambiance. It really wouldn't be the best as a reading light, but for brightening a room it's great.
