Très belle lampe, facile à monter et très solide. Elle est originale et produit un bel effet dans mon salon. L'abat-jour permet un éclairage agréable de la pièce. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

Classy and elegant floor lamp

I’m happy with my purchase. What attracted me about this lamp was the dark bronze “prongs” that hold up the glass lamp shade. It makes the lamp shade feel like a gem stone and gives a classy look with the curved way they’re shaped. . I ended to putting in an orange coloured outdoor bulb, to give the illusion of the white opaque glass being stayed glass

Floor lamp is too flimsy

The top half (glass and it’s base) are too big and heavy for the pole that is too thin and the base that is not wide enough to support it. It’s a tipping hazard. I would not recommend it. I returned it

Impressed

I was really impressed with the quality of this lamp. It is well constructed and went together without a hitch. It stands perfectly straight and once you assemble it, you can't even tell where the parts come together. It is heavy and not light weight. It's attractive, but it looks more like a dull black than dark bronze. Highly recommend.

Not quite the right fit

The lamp is a little shorter than what might work best in our room. The shade is very white--a little more stark than our white trim. I think I would have returned it if it wasn't so much effort to disassemble and repack

I purchased two of these Gatineau 71-inch Dark Bronze Floor Lamp with Alabaster Glass Shades and they are a great addition to any style of room decor you may already have. They are strongly made and look and feel very high end. The glass shades have a marbleized frosted look to them. I highly recommend them.

Excellent!

This lamp looks great! Assembly was very quick and easy (less than 5 minutes), as the pole sections are kind of pre-strung. Connections are tight, the pole is straight, the base/pole are sturdy, and the on/off switch is solid.
