Large gaps

Bought this 2 years ago and wasn’t able to use it until this year. Well it has some pretty large empty spaces that even large ornaments or flowers can’t fill in. Even attempting to “fluff” the branches is limited as most gaps are where the sections meet and there is no way to pull any branches up or down as they are too short. For the price paid, really expected this to be a full tree as wanted a flocked tree so would not have to add too many ornaments if didn’t want to. Also the top section is so full that it looks different from the rest of the tree and when the lights are on white only there are several lights on the top section that are flicker on and off. While the tree looks pretty and love the flocking, the gaps require a lot of extra work to attempt to hide them.

Blue goo on the top

Opened the box and there was thick, sticky blue goo on the top piece that was not on the outside of the box. Some manufacturing ick. Also, no instructions for the tree in the box, only for other trees, but not the one I purchased. Trying to go thru the seller (Wayfair) to get some satisfaction on this.

Beautiful tree but…..

It’s a beautiful tree with great flock. However I felt like mine had way too many green lights so I contacted them about replacement bulbs to change some out and to my surprise they do NOT sell replacement bulbs which I found to be kind of ridiculous. Plus know that the branches aren’t really strong at the ends for supporting some heavier ornaments.

Blatant False Advertisement

Bottom line, the tree is scrawny. I purchased the 7.5 ft and no amount of fluffing can cover the large gaps above and below the middle section of the tree. Posting a YouTube on how to fluff a different, fuller, tree is shameful. If you stand behind your product, you should let customers post pictures of their assembled trees here. I believe I can salvage the tree but will need to take extra steps to perform some hacks. On a positive note, I do appreciate the EZ connect light feature.

Just don't...

I was so excited to set this tree up until I did it. I fluffed and fluffed and fluffed and fluffed and fluffed and then I fluffed some more. There are huge gaps between the bottom and middle section that no amount of fluffing could help. Two of the branches lay sideways no matter how many times I turn them correctly. Some of the middle branches fall onto the bottom branches and there's nothing you can do to fix it. It's like the hinge part is damaged. It's just a huge mess and I am super disappointed that I wasted this much money. Guess I'll look for another tree...

Not even close to the picture on the site!

I purchased the 6.5’ flocked Mountain Pine tree. It unfortunately did not surprise me that it looks nothing like the picture on the site. I feared this would be the case for the price, but hoped it would come close to the site pictures. I’m certain it will look great once decorated, but the advertised look is definitely NOT what you get. On a happier note, the construction is sturdy and the EZ Connect is fabulous. Fraser Hill delivered timely as promised.

I am not sure if it is the manufacturer (Frasier Hill) or Wayfair, but I was very disappointed and still left without what I paid for. I purchased this on sale after Christmas last year (thought I was doing good to plan ahead and save some money). Trusting that I was receiving the product I paid for, I did not check for all of the tree parts, I put it right away in storage for the next Christmas. Low and behold I am missing HALF the tree. To make a long story short, Wayfair refused to give me another replacement or reimburse me. (30-day guarantee). So I called FRASIER HILLS seeking help. After approximately 2 weeks of following up and filing claims, they agreed to "send me the missing pieces." Upon opening the "missing pieces" shipment, its the SAME PARTS I already had. They TORE OFF the labels of the Parts A and C thinking I was stupid enough to think that I could put two B's and two D's together to make a tree. Do not buy this. Shop local or at least INSPECT each and every part as soon as you receive it. POOR SERVICE. #stilldonthaveatree

Not as full as the photo shows, lots of gaps, but hopefully it’ll look fill out more when decorated.

Opened it up, it didn’t have an even spray of flock applied to it and it didn’t unfold like it shows in the picture. It’s going to take a lot of work to get it even close to the picture, but saying all that it’s a beautiful tree very good quality can’t wait until Christmas and decorate it.

The tree needs more color options like if you want to do the tree, all red or blue or green or pink any color combination that would be a single & mixed color or by itself

We didn't purchase from the site directly but we bought one from a local retailer. I absolutely love this tree and the realistic look to it. There's "snow" piled on it throughout making look like it actually was snowed on. It fluffed out beautifully. I received so many compliments from people. This tree met all my wants and far exceeded my expectations. I wish I could leave a photo but I don't see an option. I would 1000% recommend this wonderful tree. I bought the 7.5 unlit tree because I like to string my own lights. There were some imperfections where the tree had some "bare spots" but if you just twist the sections around you can get it just right. But there's really no complaints from me. It was a beautiful tree for the holiday season.

This is our third year with this beautiful tree. We get so many complements no matter how we decorate it. Last year we left it with only the lights on and an angel on top. Today our internet service tech was here and wanted to know where we purchased it. I had been looking for this tree for at least 30 years.

Beautiful Tree

After having fresh cut trees for over 30 years of my life I decided to switch to artificial a few years ago. This year I decided I wanted a flocked tree. I don’t know what took me so long to do this! Beautiful and great quality for the price. Of course it was a bit messy but that was to be expected. 100% recommend. Shipping was also extremely efficient.

Pretty but…

Pretty tree but, bottom half of tree lighting wire was cut in half so some of the lights wouldn’t work so they sent me a pre paid label for UPS to pick up. Kinda messy with the flocking, was falling off in big clumps, but tree was pretty. Did not reorder another one.
