Love this tree! So easy to set up and can be set several different ways with either solid clear or multi-colored lights. Has a handy foot control.

Not impressed with the mess

I have never had a flocked tree and thought I would try it out since we needed a new Chritmas tree to replace a previous artificial tree that was past its prime. Buying a flocked tree was my biggest regret! Overall I liked the look of this tree with the flocking and the slim shape was perfect for my space, but the mess of the flocking lost 2 stars on my review. The tree was sturdy enough that my 8 pound climbing siamese cat couldn’t knock it over. The flocking turned out to be a giant pain in the rear. It was so messy and got really got everywhere setting up the tree and taking it down. I am not sure if all artificial flocked trees are this messy, but I won’t be purchasing one ever again. I was disappointed with the construction of the tree limbs also. The base limbs were sturdy but the added shorter branches added for fullness were NOT attached very well. We had about 10 of the shorter branches come off the tree our first year of use and then at least 5 more this year. I have never experienced this before in the past 20 years of having an artificial tree. Unfortunately this tree won’t be a keeper.

[Rewarded Review] 2 different Treees!!

I received 2 different trees in the box. And multiple sections not even there. I called customer service hoping to get right tree sent out to me since this was a $1,000 tree and our tradition is to put up before Thanksgiving, but instead on Monday November 20, 4 days before Thanksgiving I get a well you have to respond to email and that could take 2-3 business days. That is unacceptable. I ordered direct from the company. This is unacceptable. They could have over nighted yesterday to me and all been fixed. This tree is heavy! It is not easy for even 2 people to put up, you are supposed to put up by higher number to lowest. Thats what we did and found out everything was different

Small Christmas Tree

It’s a small tree with no lights, it is what we expected. Just hope the cats don’t climb in it like they do in the large one. It went together easy and once it’s decorated it will be perfect.

Beautiful tree the flocking wasn't to heavy and pieces were easily put together. This tree is super wide on the bottom not narrow at all. Very realistic! I did a lot of price comparisons and this one for the number of needles, it's thickness was the Best Buy out there. Unfortunately mine was missing a piece but still a great tree.

Nice petite sized tree

It's a cute tree, a bit more plasticky than I expected, but the size I wanted. The burlap covered base is a nice touch and the lights are nice and bright and an appropriate number for the proportions of the tree. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be an on/off mechanism for the battery pack. The batteries have to be removed when you want the lights off.

Amazing tree

This tree is so full and looks so rich. There was barely and tree or flock shedding and I love how each piece of the tree lights up once it’s connected through the pipe. Easiest tree I’ve ever setup and I’ve had a lot of trees.

FABULOUS TREE!

Easy install, beautiful, impressive, well manufactured. We have purchased trees at 3 times the price and were not nearly as satisfied as we are with this one. Highly Recommended.

Not Good

Specifically ordered this tree because of the picture and the flocking, but when I opened the box it was hardly flocked at all. All I could see was green with the tips barely flocked. The areas of the tree that did have flocking looked nice, but the tree was mostly not flocked. Maybe the one we got was defective? When we returned it the employess were stumped too and marked the box as defective. Overall the needles were super cheap looking, like a dollar tree christmas tree. Just ribbon looking needles. I thought it would be a mixture of realistic looking needles, but they were all cheap. Definitely not worth the price. As soon as I opened it I didnt even bother to take it out, I just closed the box up and brought it back. I’m confused by all of the positive reviews.
