This tree is FANTASTIC. We literally just took it out if the box and put a star on top. It is really full and a quality tree. First time with an artificial tree and couldn't be happier. I actually did a lot of research before purchase and read reviews. 9' tall and beautiful!

Carmel pine slim Christmas tree

Tree was nice especially with the realistic branches on the tips, but definitely didn’t look like the picture. The power in the pole was convenient, but the bottom section flickered when I put the top section on. Also the lights were wound so tight on the branches that they wouldn’t completely fold down. This tree unfortunately was not worth the price.

I am very pleased with the product. The ease of instructions and assembling the tree. No more than 15 minutes to assemble and perhaps a half hour more to fluff the branches to your liking. Quality product

The website for Fraser Hill Farm is the worst website I have ever encountered. The tree is well made , however the instructions that come with the tree need to be more specific to the model of the tree, too generic!!.

Great slim tree

Got this for the ease of set up and take down. Not too heavy. Love the light setting esp the setting that dims between warm light and colored pastels multicolor. Easy set up.

This is an amazing tree. The needles look so real. And it was so easy to put together. I love all of the electoral inside the trunk. So plugs and wires to hassle with.

Beautiful tree but…every time you turn on the tree it goes to setting 1 as a default and it is a flashing setting. If you want a constant steady white light you have to press the setting button 7 times (through the other settings) every single time you turn on the tree. This is highly inconvenient because the settings control is on the floor next to the on off foot button. So you can’t use a timer on the tree because it reverts back to the flashing setting. Also if you have presents under the tree you have to situate the control so you can still get to it. The setting button is tiny and must be pressed by hand unlike the on/off button. I contacted the manufacturer and there is no way around this.

This tree is perfect! The tree was EXACTLY as described. I usually have to add additional lights to pre-lit trees, but this tree required no additional lights. Once it was fluffed, it is as full and beautiful as I expected. (In my opinion, if a tree is too full, there is no room to have ornaments hang naturally.) Other reviews stated the tree was not straight, but floors are not even, and no tree is perfect, even live trees. I fixed it by adding furniture sliders to the feet of the stand until the tree was perfectly straight. I would purchase another tree from this manufacturer without hesitation.

Half of Lights Don’t Work After First Use

The tree itself is gorgeous BUT I have counted over 100 lights on my tree that don’t work. I contacted Fraser Hill to see if I could buy new bulbs to replace mine and they told me no because I was out of the ONE year warranty period. I’m not asking them to give me lights, I want to PURCHASE them but they won’t sell to me because I’m out of the warranty period. I guess their MO is to get you to buy another tree. To be clear, they were gracious enough to send me ONE, I repeat ONE, replacement bulb as a courtesy. Made such a big dent in my 100+ bulbs that are out. STAY AWAY from FRASER HILL!!

Nice tree

I researched forever for a slim tree that was full with no shedding. The branches do not cut your arm up when putting together. I love that there aren’t needles falling everywhere. The light features are nice. I do feel that the cord is a bit flimsy. It is so thin I’m afraid it will break if something bumps up against the cord. Some of the branches had a thread at the base of branch that was unraveling and looked worn, but wasn’t bad enough to send back, I can cut that part if needed.

Perfectly beautiful, perfect size

We got new furniture that wouldn't allow us to use our previous, much larger, tree. We ordered this slimmer tree and it is just what we needed! It has lots of lights, and the "mode" feature that lets you easily switch between white lights and colored lights is really cool. The "greenery" is good quality, and the branches are sturdy. It's also easy to assemble. Very pleased!

Purchased on line, going by pictures and reviews. It was very easy to put together, love the smart connection through the center pole. I do have a plug in star which I didn’t use due to the fact I would have to run a separate extension cord. Not a big deal though, have other nonelectrical stars. I thought this was a multi color/white lights selection tree. Was very surprised to find all the other choices, blinking, fading, etc., and a remote to change and turn on and off. Fits perfect in our small living room, the height makes it feel like a bigger tree, 6.5 ft. Very happy with my selection and would recommend buying this tree.

Nice tree. Very easy to set up. Upper sections wobble a little, they don’t lock into place correctly. This makes the whole tree somewhat tilted. Which I guess adds to the realism (haha). It does NOT “twinkle”. Instead, the lights will FLASH off/on which is horribly annoying. We leave the lights on (dimmer feature is nice) and added an additional strand of twinkling LEDs to get the subtle effect we wanted. The “twinkle to music” feature again causes the whole tree to flash off/on in time to your music. It’s migraine fodder. Best to just leave them on steady.

I love the tree. It fits perfectly into a smaller room. It has more lights than most other trees the same size and they are LED. I also like that I can change the light patterns. The only downside is that it will never fit back into the box that it came it. I will need to buy another box to store it in.

Not "Multi-Function" as listed

The tree is nice looking and the slim/tall shape is great for tucking aside cabinets/corners/furniture. The listing says "multi-function clear" lights. While this tree has more lights than others I've seen (and it looks great), the "multi-function" options are ... ON or OFF! No other function. I was hoping to have blinking, fading, etc. Nope. They are constant on. So if you are looking for a pre-lit tree with lighting options - this is not it. But the tree IS beautiful and a great tall/slim footprint.

The Best!

This is hands down the best christmas tree for the price. I am ecstatic that it turned out so well. The base is strong and easy to adjust. the slim size of the tree fits perfectly in small spaces. LED lights are perfect and not too overpowering. And easy instructions. I like that the power goes through the pole and you dont have to worry about finding the plugs for each section. Just make sure to put caps back on when storing so poles dont get dirt in them. I wish i can give 10 stars.

Misleading description

Although the tree itself is very pretty, full, and well-covered in lights, the lights are NOT multi-function like the description states. I intentionally chose this tree and was willing to pay more for it for that reason. Because the instructions mention how to control the multi-function feature (IF SO EQUIPPED), I contacted the manufacturer and they verified that this item only has steady-burning, white lights. It’s too much trouble to return it and start shopping all over again, but I have to say I’m terribly disappointed in this purchase based upon the misleading description on the website.
