Horrible experience with this vanity
First, the doors and frame are not only not real wood, they are not even wood veneer. It appears to be essentially a photo of wood on a plastic veneer.The vanity arrived with lots of scratches. Most problematic is that the doors will not level when the unit is installed - likely because the MDF frame is not strong enough to support the weight. Interior hinge adjustments are not enough.I paid $800 for a contractor to spend 2 days modifying this to get the doors almost leveled.Miserable.

We were a little apprehensive that the wood tone might be too red in person but it exceeded out expectations. The delivery was on time and came with all the parts. Directions were easy to read. We renovate homes all over and love using Fresca vanities, they are always beautiful and can work with so many bathroom styles.

Absolute garbage
Does not come with a top. Unfortunately, this is an odd depth, so, no standard dual sink top will work with this unit.There was no mounting hardware to mount it to the wall and one of the cabinet doors is 1/4" higher than the other two doors.Very poorly constructed, this is going back tomorrow morning
