The package we received with the shades was missing the mounting hardware. They resolved the problem quickly and in a satisfactory way. They were definitely on top of the problem!

Local stores won't cut these to size

They work fine and have quality appropriate for the price. Two stars off because while the website says that the local Ace Hardwares they are delivered to could cut them to size for me, none of the stores can do that. So I bought five blinds that no Ace hardware could cut, and no local blinds/shade store would cut since it wasn't purchased through them. No one I talked to seemed surprised by or willing to change anything about this discrepancy.
