Either FedEx damaged the freezer on delivery when they delivered it on its side and left it in my driveway or Walmart sent me a damaged freezer

The UPS delivery woman, when unloading my freezer, threw it from the truck without any care and dragged it to my garage without a dolly or anything... And I need some solution regarding this... Loved the almost black color of this freezer but it arrived damaged so it was returned.
there was a small bent better nothing i couldn't live with it just right for me.
Compressor was loud for a bit and then died entirely.
Doesn't Seal - Icing over from 1st use
This freezer does not seal and accumulates ice from the first time I plugged it in.

Showed up completely broken. Doesn’t work. Walmart did nothing for me.
It was a good deal and promptly delivered.
Shipping took a little longer than expected. The freezer has a big dent in the top. Hasn’t affected the performance at all. We have had the freezer for about 2 weeks now. No issues.
When I received my freezer,I removed the boxing of it,I saw very noticeable dent.I was very upset and even though I received a discount,you still don’t want to see a dent.
