Fancy finishes, small storage bins

The fridge seems like good quality, the door opens and closes nicely. It is quiet when it runs. The bins on the door are very small and hard to put things in and out of. The bins in the bottom are also small and awkward to use. The first time we used the water dispenser, it sprayed water in the back of the fridge. The tubing was cracked and leaking. It is being repaired under warranty but we are 2 weeks now without the water dispenser. It is very frustrating spending this much money on a fridge and it is broken before we even use it.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTEE

Ice maker didn't work from the beginning. After 5 trips from appliance guy to fix customer service said they would replace. Then they balked. Now I'm suing them in small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTROLUX CANADA

Recently purchased the stand alone fridge and freezer. I highly recommend. We had this set in our old house and we love it even more now.! Not too deep ,nothing gets lost perfect for fridge and freezer for organizing . The ice maker …Amazing !

Thus refrigerator has lots of space. The 4 bins on the side of the door can hold a lot. I put all my juices, sodas, condiments, and much more in those bins which leaves plenty of room on the shelves for other things. I don’t think I will run out of storage space in this fridge. Actually there’s 5 storage bins on the door.

Buyer Beware

Do not purchase this refrigerator because it does not stay cool. My panel says the temperature is between 33-37 degrees but the temperature gauge I placed in it says it ranges from 50-65. The panel has been changed and it still does not stay cool. I have had issues with mine since I purchased it. Now the back wall gets ice on it. This product is expensive and you pay for the appearance, but unfortunately it is very poor quality.

We recently renovated our office break room and added this and an identical one which is the freezer. We love the industrial look. THe hidden water feature on the inside door is a hit with everyone. It's spacious enough to hold plenty of employee lunches, plus food for group gatherings. We're really enjoying the extra space and the large fridge. Highly recommend it!

The perfect fridge for our family

We needed as much fridge space as possible with only being able to use a counter depth, and this fridge is the best. We can put all the stuff the kids need to access easily (bubbly cans, fruits, milk for their breakfast) at a height that works for them so they can be independent. It’s really exactly what we needed

I have previously owned this model and had very good luck with it and the matching freezer. I wanted to upgrade to the newer model refrigerator and freezer. We also upgraded our dishwasher to the new 3 rack stainless steel inside at the same time. We love all our Frigidaire appliances and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The refrigerator is working great. My only complaint is that the interior shelves are very narrow. I thought that by the number of cubic feet the interior would be adequate for larger items to be refrigerated.

We had this product for over 8 years before hurricane Helene flooded our house. We absolutely loved this refrigerator and never needed a single repair so of course after the flood We bought another Frigidaire Freezerless refrigerator....it is beautiful and holds the temp perfectly!

Very Poor Quality Appliance

Very poor quality fridge. Major components required replacement in less than 18 months of use.

At a loss, financially and mentally?!

I purchased this unit, the matching freezer and trim kit in 2021, July of 2021 was installed, 3 months later it wasn't cooling. Warranty covered it. 3 years later its not cooling again. I'm told warranty is up and it'll cost 1k to fix. Message Frigidaire and rather then offer any suggestions or assistance, they try and sell me an extended warranty, one that wont help my current issue? Their advice, buy an extended warranty, wait 2 months for it to kick in, then file it... sounds like they want me to commit insurance fraud? How about you stand behind your products?

we have a weird kitchen that only allows for 36 inches for the fridge. our old fridge was 15 yrs old and still running but we found this model would fit and we love it. it has great loghting and much more room in it plus the ss looks great.

We had our first professional unit; separate refrigerator and freezer with trim kit sixteen years ago when we remodeled our home. This last year unit started having issues with relay switch, Freon and we had over $1000 repairs during the last two years, so we decided to put our money into a newer unit. It’s a beauty! It has water dispense inside, so no more Beita filter container, lots of organized space and I pray we get many years once again!!

Nice Reftidgerator. Very expensive. Only downfall is that is hasnt much room, wish it were deeper. The the holders on the door inside the fridge are not big enough. There is only one wide holder, the others hold smaller items such as water bottles. Should all be same size. Not big like my other fridge where I could hold large soda bottles. Otherwise beatiful fridge.

Disappointing

Bought the fridge and freezer set a month ago and were not able to install it because we were waiting for the trim kit to arrive. Spent more than 6 hours on the phone with customer service trying to get an update on my package. Spoke to 5 customer service reps and three managers. Kept getting the run around saying the package was in progress and we should receive it soon. To top it all off, they were supposed to ship the package via FedEx and hold it at the depot for pick up. Instead, they shipped the package using some no name courier service that delivered the package to FedEx, while they were closed and just left it outside at the front door!! This is by far the most incompetent service that I have ever had to deal with. I don’t look forward to the day that I may have to call again to arrange for service on my fridge or freezer. Absolutely not acceptable customer service after dishing out $10,000.

The new fridge is amazing. I love the technology features — they are just enough. Most importantly, the unit comes with non-smudge stainless doors - which is perfect in my home. This unit is spacious, love the separate compartments for humidity control!

Stay away! COMPANY DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTEES!

Ice maker broken from the get go. Four or five trips from repair peeps to get it to work. It never will. Customer service has been abysmal and their "tech department" is now INVENTING reasons why the ice maker doesn't work. Once it became clear the unit needed to be replace they made up a "problem" on their own (no on site tech ever said this) trying to blame the issue on sediment in my line saying I need to install a filter - which I have (a water filtration and treatment system). Also, I had the same (earlier model) of the freezer prior to this one and it NEVER had a problem. A slimy try, if you're going to make up a story at least be aware that the product replaced your same product (which only croaked due to age 16 year later) said product which never had the issue at hand. Just STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to waste your time when things go sideways. I'll end up taking them to small claims court if they don't resolve the issue in the next week. It's been almost 8 mos now and I'm the amount of time wasted on a new appliance makes me wish I'd invested the thousand bucks to replace the parts that needing replacing on the old one.
