PUR refrigerator filter

Good filter, easy to install and great cost. I got it sooner than expected and was pleased with how quickly it was shipped out.

Defective

Will not click into place. Old filter will click in just fine. New one will not.

Dont order from company

Bought this filter for my Frigidare fridge. Came broken. Tried to contact the company for return. Did not get back to me. Dont even think it was the correct product. Would not recommend ordering from this company. Cheaper isnt always better.

Not as fast as Amazon Prime but much more cost effective for the exact same item. Second order of this item and will do same again!

Fridgidare water filter

Absolutely best place and price. This is my second time ordering and extremely happy. Highly recommend.

Better than using Brita or Pur water filters.

Live in Providence, RI, takes out the chemical taste of the tap water, also makes my ice not smell weird. Highly recommend using this instead of Brita or Pur filters, they don't remove enough.

I was very pleased with the filter. It was half the price that I would have paid at Lowe's. I will order all my filters from Red Stag Supplies in the future.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Much more reasonably priced than Frigidaire direct. Have used All Filters for years with another refrigerator. Never had any problems. They even tell you if they have a generic that will work for you, at a much lesser cost.

Yes it's legit

I know what you're thinking. Yes this is a legit store. Yes the products you get are quality. Shipping is quick. Oh and no you aren't going to find it cheaper. I've ordered from her 4 times.

Horrible customer service that doesn’t exist

Customer service is terrible. The number on the .ca website sends your call to the US. They have given me 4 different numbers, waited on hold hours last week, hours again today. The filters I ordered haven’t sent a confirmation to my email but it says I have 2 orders with order numbers online. I ended up ordering from Amazon and it will be delivered the same day and it’s cheaper. I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of Canadian customer service. Not one competent person could figure out the order it says I’ve made… 2 orders!

I was told that my filter was not covered under the warranty even though the problem with my fridge, that was covered under warranty, caused my filter to freeze and crack. They quoted me $99.73 for a new filter and there was no way I was going to pay that much for a filter when the fridge was only 4 months old. I was able to purchase the same filter from Refrigerator Filter Store for less that $30.00 and the shipping was so fast that I couldn't believe it. Thank you so much!!

Will forever get my filters here

The filter was a great price and arrived pretty fast. I like that there is an auto ship option and the fact that it’s almost $20 cheaper than what I was looking at paying in other places. Honestly, there’s no reason to consider ordering anywhere else.

I was so happy to find these at a cheaper cost than what Frigidaire sells them for. They are the exact same ones that you'd get from Frigidaire but without the heft price tag. Sediment still present

Still seeing lime sediment in water and ice cubes. How can we be sure it is filtering other more harmful particulates ? Our previous refrigerator used a different brand of filter that was more effective. I believe there is room for improvement here for these costly filters.
