YOU'RE JOKING - RIGHT - I'D LIKE A REFUND
The 2 flexible accessories that go into either side of the filter to send water through the filter - the ends that you screw into the water line do not turn independently, so for every turn, you have to turn the WHOLE FILTER ASSEMBLY as you are trying to install and tighten the filter water lines. This is RIDICULOUS.
