Staples File Box-Plastic

End of year time to get all those supporting documents from my practice together to submit to the tax preparer for review. Just the right size. Hanging files are able to be transferred from office cabinet to the File box without a problem. Much better than the old cardboard record boxes that did not afford the ability to hang the folders in them. Very satisfied with this product.

in reading these reviews i just noticed a lid was mentioned. mine did not come with a lid nor was i informed that a lid came with this product

Too Expensive!!

The product would be well priced at less than $10. and the lid should lock into place instead of sitting on top loosely.

Totes are great for sorting paperwork.

Fits 3-ring binder

Fits a 3ring binder. Hopefully they changed the adhesive for the label. It would not come off.

Perfect File Solution

I’ve purchased similar style file boxes in the past, and was happy to come across these that stack perfectly on the other ones. I prefer the plastic over traditional cardboard. Easier to dust off too. I like the built in hanging file groves.

Terrific! Am moving and not taking my file cabinet (that looks like furniture) and these boxes will enable me to keep my files in them without purchasing another file cabinet. Love them!

Hanging file boxes

The boxes are great and work as described. One thing I love about these boxes is that the hanging files sit lower than the lid so the file folders inside the hanging files fit nicely! That is not the case with other file boxes.

good storage for light files

Bought this for some extra files that needed to be stored and accessed once in a while. Fairly sturdy, cover closes but is not completely secure. Good for light to medium usage... not sure I would stack them.
