Love my new rug. The
Love my new rug. The colors are vibrant and so pretty.
Disappointed by Missing Pattern-learn to return!
With the exception of the color scheme the rug I received looks nothing like advertised photos. The pattern is half-a-blink away from being undetectable. It looks as if whatever equipment or program they use for patterns and designs was out of commission the day this rug was woven. As I stated before the colors are there but that's it it's like the yarn was told to just go from one end to the other and have a free-for-all no pattern no design no shape nothing it looks like static. I was and am still so very disappointed because I had fallen in love with every aspect of this rug!. At the time I was not familiar with online returns I did not even realize it was possible or I would have returned it immediately. I I'm just thankful that I did not splurge on the full size rug for my living room. hopefully my experience is the exception and not the rule.
