Love the product and the service and delivery were great!
I am delighted with the bed frame. It was delayed but I'm more disappointed with the assemblers. They have changed the date 3 times already. I'm still waiting on your assemblers to make it to my house.

Didn’t receive the item still trying to receive it or get my money back been calling JCPenney’s so I won’t order from JCPenney ever again and been trying to get my money back or a refund and they’re telling me to file a police report so if you’re ever trying to buy from JCPenney’s, don’t buy from them because they’ll have you file a police report and the police won’t do anything so please don’t buy from JCPenney’s

broken after 5 months
after less than 5 months and hardly any use a leg on the frame broke. DO NOT BUY THIS. THIS BEDFRAME IS TERRIBLE.

Easy to assemble, thick steel and well made. Not rickety like others we bought and the cover is good quality with an extra layer on the top of the base.
