Bed never came

I have not received the bed. It have been almost a month and have not heard from the vender

Design, quality and packaging genius! The assembly instructions were precisely written AND illustrated! I had it together easily alone and enjoyed the process. I'm happy to say this purchase exceeded my expectation. HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful Bed!

Purchased this for a spare room, and am extremely happy with my purchase. The bed arrived within a week. Everything for assembly comes shipped inside of the headboard. It took me about an hour to assemble the bed by myself, instructions were very clear and all parts were well marked. The bed is attractive and sturdy. Highly recommend this bed, as it was such a good price for a quality bed.

My husband and I love this bed! Was weary purchasing because there were so many mixed reviews but we’re glad we got it! Definitely an easier set up with 2 people. It’s sturdy and great quality. We recommend!

All the items are zipped in the back of the headboard, figured that out after contacting customer service because we thought we were missing items lol

Breaks in 2 months

It breaks in the middle after having it two months !! Piece of crap !! Don’t buy !!

Nice Bed I Loved it!

When the bed came, it was not constructed correctly. There were screws in the headboard that were missing, so we had to return it. Unfortunate, because I really liked it. The description is dark grey, but the color is actually a medium grey.

Pretty but probably not practical

Kind of what I expected for the money. If children bounce on it like a trampoline, it will soon break. Only suitable for adult use in a guest room.

wrong item ordered

I ordered this item about 1 week ago, realized wrong item, tried to cancel but was unsuccessful, not able to return because cost of returning was more than cost of item. I am very unhappy with shophq. I am a value customer, but I will think twice before ordering any merchandise.

Bed frame undercarriage insufficiency

The first day sleeping in the bed, the bed collapsed. The bed frame holding the bed frame is made of supports not sufficient for a bed. I had to install my own support beams.

Solid bed frame BUT....

Loved the look of this bed frame. BUT if you don’t have a box spring, this one will not work. Make sure you have a box spring that the mattress sits on; or don’t put together till you get one

Holed didnt line up

The holes on the side rail support didn’t match.

Just awful

The bed in all is just awful The rails they are providing are very cheap and flimsy the world is also very important is it the screws barely fit the side pieces went and barely hook oh and I just want a refund really

Weak

I purchased this bed twice in one year because the cheap wood kept breaking. I bought it in the first place because the headboard was exactly what I wanted. In this case, looks were deceiving. Once I put it together I knew it wasn’t going to last. I toss and turn alot in my sleep and over the course of a few months, the wood snapped. My 8 year old likes to hang in my room sometimes and both of us on it together wasn’t a good idea. Mind you she is very tiny and I’m 130lbs. So I returned it and bought the same exact one thinking it would be okay, and now after 6 months again—same problem. I will be disassembling it and returning. Not buying from this brand anymore.
