I purchased the pad to alleviate back pain. Oddly enough, it alleviated the lower back pain I had, but replaced it with upper back pain so bad I had to start taking anti-inflammatories for it. My young daughter also tried it out and experienced back pain. I would not recommend and am returning it.

Exactly what I needed!
This is so nice! It makes the bed so much more comfortable. Anyone that sleeps on it, says how much they love it and how well they slept. It doesn't make you hot. It is like sleeping on a cloud!

We have a mattress that's on the firmer side, so I added this to help with hip pain when sleeping on my side. So far, it's very comfortable and I wake up without pain, while still benefiting from the support my firmer mattress provides. Definitely worth the price.
