Never could fix the leak

This product leaked from the beginning. I tried plumbers tape (tho it claimed to not need it), added on O-ring, nothing worked. I lost my receipt and couldn’t return it. It’s a pice of cheap ($40ish) crap.

Quite frankly junk ! Broke 2nd day after we put it up. Was hanging sprayer up and plastic holder broke and water was everywhere!

Poor packaging ruined a good product

Hardware is fine but I don't reccomentd this because the hose has permanent bends from from how it was packaged, tightly wound in a long narrow loop creating tight bends every 10" or so. With greate effort, I was able to get to hang with a wavy pattern of small bends..Still looks bad.

Cheap

First of all, whoever is packaging these items is careless. The showerhead came in a huge box for just one item. Second, there was nothing else in the box. There was no return label, no invoice of what I had purchased & no packing material. Good thing there was nothing made out of glass.

Nice showerhead. I should have looked closer before purchasing as I had hoped for a shut off valve at the showerhead. this does not have this feature. Otherwise works great and was easy to install.

Good Product! Like Bidets, Should Be Standard Issue!

Excellent item! Smooth switching action. Clearly very high quality from WaterPik. Only downside: gross plastic-chemical smell, likely from hot water running through the inner-tube. Lasted for about a week with daily use.

Not a great shower head. Good for maybe a guest bathroom shower but not for a master bath shower. The pressure wasn’t spectacular and when I took the pressure filter out it was too powerful to sit in the holder. I wouldn’t purchase this.

I immediately came home and bought this after trying at my mom’s house. Hands down the best purchase! The pressure is awesome and it just looks high end without the big price! It was quick and easy to install. I am loving this purchase!

This was intended as an upgrade from a fixed shower head. It was easy to install, but I doubt that it will outlive the metal one in our other shower.

For the cost it's a good value. I bought 2 - one of them seems to work well - mine doesn't give enough water for my taste. We had removed the white filter thing on both and it helped the pressure some. I think this was a water conservation item - if so that's why.

This shower head is a must have. It's 5 different shower positions are perfect for any family. I have health problems to where the gentle position is perfect and the rest of the family can change it over to any other position they like. The feature to remove it and hold it in your hand is great for someone that is disabled and needs to use a shower seat. I can not say enough great things about this product. This product only took about 3 mins to install. It's so simple.

This shower head was easy to install and to use. It took less than 15 minutes to remove the old shower head and install this new one. I love the handheld option on this shower. The long hose makes it easy to bath children and pets. I love the water pressure that this shower head provides. It helps to achieve a real clean feeling. The appearance of this shower head provides a metallic yet classic look. It appears to be of great quality and I anticipate this being my shower head for a long time to come. I am extremely pleased with this shower head.

The Waterpik TRS-553T is a vast improvement to my old shower head. My old was a basic shower head with no special features. And, being 6'3", I had to stoop to get under the water. Not with this. If I had known how wonderful massaging shower heads on an extension could be, I would have gotten one a long time ago.

I bought this shower head to replace the old, clogged nasty one that came with my apartment. This shower head is awesome!!!! It was super easy install, I'm a single mother with betty little mechanical aptitude and i was able to easily follow the instructions. The flow is incredible, a huge improvement. I am so glad i upgraded, i love it!

I am so pleased with the Power Spray+ by Waterpik. The installation of the shower head was so easy, only took about five minutes. This specific shower head comes with OptiFlow technology which can improve water force by channeling more water, which helped us because we have low pressure at times but we can't even tell now because the shower head gives a full continuous spray. It comes with a five foot hose which is great when you need to spray the kids off, bathe the pets or even wash you hair! There are five different sprays and are easy to switch between. Overall, we really enjoy how well the shower head is made, how easy it was to install and the great flow of water that comes through the showerhead. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a durable and well made shower head that even has a limited Lifetime Warranty!

It took my husband less than 5 minutes to have this installed, I was surprised at how easy it was. I love the simple and sleek design which fit in well with the overall decor of our bathroom. The water pressure is great and adjusting the different settings is very easy. Most importantly, there is no leaking which is a problem we had with our last shower head. I’m glad we chose WaterPik this time around.

I like the adjustable spray patterns. This replaced an older stationary showerhead, this one is much nicer because it raised the showerhead plus with the fact it's on a hose makes things in a smaller shower much easier. Installation is very easy and fast. Definitely my favorite showerhead so far.

This shower head is amazing! It keep you feeling like you’re in a whole new bathroom. This product belongs in every home. More than one way to spray your water and the pressure it gives off is even greater. My family is so truly happy to have a new amazing shower , as they all have started calling it . Lol
