Not what we Expected

The high-density memory foam fell short of what was highlighted and described in the product details and specifications. After waiting the recommended 72 hours for the mattress to expand after being received in a box, we found it lacking the qualities promised. The manufacturer's advice was to wait 48 hours before using it, but the mattress edges sank right in when we sat on them. Sleeping through the night was unbearable as the mattress caved in, leaving my partner and me struggling to find a comfortable position due to its excessive softness and lack of firmness. We ended up sleeping on the floor due to the mattress's sagging. Unfortunately, this product did not meet our expectations, and we will have to return it and seek alternatives elsewhere.

So I got this mattress because I was tired of waking up with aches and pains from my old mattress and when I tell you that this has been a game changer it is so plush and firm it makes my body relaxes easily and I am able to get a good nights sleep. I’ve had it for 2 years now and so far it has been holding up well. Great quality, durability and the support is amazing.

Great if you are used to a foam mattress, it’s very plush feeling. I have very ridged back and shoulder problems, and it has great support cores, just ensure you buy your box spring from a certified company or it can void your warranty. Ensure you buy the mattress based on how you sleep not how you test your mattress!
