Lamp delivered damaged
Post is actually rusted. It also appears to be missing a stabilizing part at the base. There’s a hole, but nothing to go in it and post doesn’t screw in.
Color of shade
The color of the shade is white — not off white. But it works.
This is a beautiful sturdy lamp. It came packaged well and was easy to assemble. The lamp did not work properly. Only 1 of the 3 light settings work. We tried 2 different 3 way bulbs and same results. I have to lug it back to the store tomorrow.

The lamps are honestly beautiful and exactly what i wanted which is why i have not returned them. However, they came damaged. One had three dents on the metal base and both shades were a little soiled with age spots.
Garbage quality. Switch came out, b/c it’s a screw, and was hard to get back in. Shade has popped along the lines of the pattern. And now the shade won’t connect with the bulb unit
Damaged shade
Lamp shade was cracked. Horrible customer service. Went through three customer service agents and the last one hung up on me. Tried to get transferred to the US, nothing. No help whatsoever. Just want a new lamp shade or credit to account. I have no way of returning the item. I have pictures of the damage. Very very disappointed with Macy's CS.
