Purchased for use as a "gift basket"- customer service was exceptional. Originally wanted another model that was sold out; they were able to replace and update my order with this one. It arrived very quickly- construction is solid and sturdy.

I have not used this yet but from the appearance, it will service it's purpose. This item was missing from my original order. I called and spoke to customer service and they shipped it out immediately. I was very pleased with that.
