These pans are not non-stick but release well. I bake keto breads (the batters are sticky), but with oiling the pans with MCT, then line with parchment paper, it's not a problem. Soak to remove any spills stuck on and hand wash only. Aluminum discolors with dishwasher detergents, but it's only a cosmetic problem and doesn't affect the function.

Great bread pan

Perfect size for a loaf. It's a nice feeling pan and washes well. I made sourdough sandwich bread as well as angel food cake mix. Both turned out great.

It is truly nonstick. My banana nut bread fell right out. No crumbs or pieces making the loaf ugly.

Easy Bake

These pans are great. I fixed chocolate chip banana but bread in them the 1st time and they baked up well and was easy to remove from the pan. Will be investing in more of these pans. I use them for bulk baking.

Great Loaf Pan but I should have looked over my purchase before leaving the store

I'm very pleased with my 2 Nordic Ware Naturals Loaf Pans so far used to bake English Muffin bread. The bread easily slips out without sticking. This was an online order to pick up at the store. The 2 pans were in a paper bag (with handles) and the receipt was attached to the top of the bag, waiting for me to pick up. It wasn't until I returned home when I noticed the one pan nested on the bottom had a small dent and scratch. Lesson learned to look over the purchase in the store before leaving. I wasn't expecting that from Sur La Table. Just a little disappointed in them.

Perfect size and weight pan!

I bought these to replace some older and cheaper made pans. I am glad I bought these. Nice weight and excellent made pans. I wish I would have bought them sooner.

The edges of the pans are very sharp. You need to be careful handling these pans because it is easy to cut yourself on the edges.

Just used this loaf pan for the first time. Fantastic! It's hefty and the meatloaf came out perfectly! Cleanup was easy. Recommend without hesitation.

Love these pans

I use these all the time. I've baked bread, loaf cakes, half batches of fruit crumbles, lasagna, and meatloaf in these. So long as you grease them, everything releases cleanly, and they wash beautifully.
