Makes great baguettes. Sometimes the dough still sticks, though. I have to use parchment on it.

One of the first items I bought during the height of the pandemic so that I could make baguettes. Great pan and have used it multiple times. I did scratch it by using a metal spatula to remove some baked bread. Now I use only silicone spatulas. Recommend.

Love my new baguette pan! I never knew such a thing existed, but much easier than baking on sheet pans. Plus it gets crispier all around.

I love this. I can do 3 different types of bread at a time (I do a lot of baking to share, especially for disabled vets & seniors who have trouble getting out right now to shop safely). This rack not only works well with standard bread but for baked Club sandwiches, sweet pastry breads and savory loaves. It is non-stick but I would recommend a light baking spray if you are making loaves which may drip a filling.
