Great for aluminum melting

I needed a long flat container to melt aluminum in and a cast iron bread pan worked great. Idk why but the aluminum never sticks to the pan when cooled

I cooked my first batch of sourdough Artisan bread and look at this! they came out great and I can see that the pans work well the bread fell out of the pans after cooling about 10 minutes, you cannot beat that with a stick!!!

Great bread pan

My son got me this for Christmas and the best thing is it cooks the bread all the way through. I did Almond bread out of the box, & sourdough rye next. I like the way the bread looks when you slice it. There is none of the heaviness on the bottom because it heats well.

These are nice pans. Glad I ordered when I did, though. Two days later, I decided to order several more for Christmas gifts, but soon changed my mind-- the price had went up nearly double.

I bought 2 forms for backing bread and I am very happy with the purchase! Both forms were cured and it was easy to take bread out of forms.

The best bread pans, EVER!!!

I bought 2 of these 4 years ago and have been using them since. I just started baking more bread and found I needed 2 more bread pans, so I found these and got two more!! I love them. I use water if needed to, and then place them on a burner to complete dry and then brush lightly with oil. Sometimes, I just wipe them out and find there is no need to use water. Either way, these pans have never failed me in releasing my bread with ease.
