Very nice and bright enough and stay all night after fully charge

Quit working after 2 weeks

Returning this item to the store after it completely quit working after only 2 weeks of use. Even when it did work it was not very bright, even on the "high" setting.

The best solar light that I have ever bought. When first purchased the batteries were not fully charging. Gama Sonic sent me new batteries and after 2 years they are still going strong.

A Great Lamppost Light

Easy to assembling. Made a wonderful replacement for our old non-working electric light. Fit get on our existing lamppost. Looks wonderful. Provided light from dark to daylight.

We installed these solar lights on the top of stone columns at our driveway entrance. They look classy and have performed well. We are happy with the purchase. There were limited options of this type of solar lighting in white, so I was happy to find these. We are rural and have a very long driveway, so it was impractical to try to install electric for this purpose.

I have to say they seem pretty good. The fact the light bulb potentially lasts 10 years is kind of crazy but they are brand specific meaning currently a replacement bulb has to be purchased from Gama Sonic. For the install, it was pretty easy, drill holes in wall and mount. No problem.

The light was easy to assemble and install on our columns. We've had them about a month and are pleased with the amount of light provided, even after a cloudy day. I was skeptical of them not being made from metal, but am now a convert. The material is sturdy, won't scratch or rust and hopefully won't fade like my old lamps.

The light itself works nicely..but

Putting together the light was a mess. The holes didn't line up correctly so the screws didn't fit quite right. Had to drill the holes about an 1/8 inch in both the top and the lamp post fittings in order to make the connection secure. Guess I expected better quality for the cost.

Assembly difficulty

The fasteners that hold the top and bottom together are ill suited for the job. The nuts don't fit the hex receptacles and have to be forced in, and the screws seem to have stripped the threads in the nuts. I couldn't snug down the screws. Otherwise the light looks nice and performed well.
