It was scary to buy a chair online but I think I did good. It is a nice looking material that seems like it will be durable. The color is a subtle pink. I wanted a little color in my otherwise neutral bedroom and this is perfect. I had a silly idea that I wanted a pink chintz chair which I challenge anyone to find! Instead I am using a quilted throw that has a neutral background and pink roses. The seat is wider than most. At first glance I wondered if it was too wide but I am a full figured gal and hate to be in a tight chair. Plus, there is lots of room to put an arrangement of pretty pillows. I have a bad back and so far I find the chair gives me support and is comfortable. It is nice to have an alternate place to relax . My son put it together for me. It wasn't hard but I'm glad he was there to do it for me. The chair was packaged well and nothing was dirty or damaged. Nice chair. I'm happy!

The construction of the reclining mechanism ist made of metal and very sturdy. There is a little bit of an assembly, legs and back rest have to get joined with the seat, but it was very fast and easy with both chairs. All hardware and a tool for the assembly are included, as well as easy instructions.
