The chairs are very nice, but they were supposed to arrive in Feb and didn't come until March.

Really like the chair. Quality seems good. Only downside is that it is a little narrow/small

I am thrilled with the pair of Leather Manual Recliners I recently purchased. I am not a fan of big old recliners but theses are perfect! The rich color and soft leather make them cozy, comfortable and chic! They arrived quickly! I love the size, not too big and not too small, just perfect!

Great smaller form recliner. Supple leather very comfortable. This would be better for a shorter person as it is slightly smaller then what I would consider a full size recliner.

Great customer service during the ordering process, accurate product description, quality product, and fair policies. The only problem I had was with the delivery service contracted by Birch Lane. However, Birch Lane intervened and made sure I received the delivery in time for Christmas.

Perfect size for our small office/den. The leather is beautiful quality. negative is the chair doesn’t come back to fully upright position unless you push the footrest manually.

Beautiful, perfect size if you don’t want big, heavy looking furniture. Great for narrower spaces or condo living. Comfortable and well made. Quality leather and lovely colour. Wish it wasn’t so expensive.
